so i was just thinking

grettings my fellow mj fans . what i really don't get is the will and about the kids. i mean, michael was young, and by the look of him, very healthy. but what i don't get is in will he left either his mother or and diana ross incharge of raising the kids. his mother is 78 years old and diana ross sixty something right? was he like, expecting his 78 year old mother to out live him??? or maybe the will does'nt really matter cause he's here to take care of his kids . it just seems rather strange he did'nt mention anyone younger to raise them, like janet. what do you think?

It's one of the reason why I think this may be a hoax. I am sure he would have left a portion of his money to his parents and also to two or three of his siblings but percentrage wise most would have gone to the kids.

I agree. That is odd and I had not thought about it quite like that before. Katherine, IMO, is a quite young 78 year old, but still, the likelihood is that she would not outlive him. You'd think there would have been another...younger...guardian named (like Janet), just in case.

We thought of this awhile ago.....and TMZ is reporting and Joe is contesting the will....that it wasnt even signed by MJ cus he was in NY at the time...so....????

and Diana was as surprised as everyone else that MJ named her as guardian in case anything happened to his mother....she didnt know anything about it.

so just means he knew that way he'd still have the kids around him coz

Hi! A lot of us moved here from MJHD until the old board comes back from the dead. It's a little different but I won't complain. There was no where else to turn so I appreciate this board being here and accepting us. So far, I havent' said anything to get kicked off.

At the time of the will Katherine would have been a very young 71, and Diana only 50 something. It seems reasonable to me, but strange that it wasn't updated in 7 years.

yeah a lot of thing happen to him since 2002 and you would have thought he would have update his will as his mother got older or aleast add one of his sisters
