sorry if you guys already know about all of this but..
I read in another thread about this show (The Court of Last Resort) so i decided to do more research with the help of imdb.com
The episode in question was titled "The Conrad Murray Case" the character of Murray was played by Vaughn Taylor
So i looked up Vaughn Taylor on imdb to find that he played in such films as
"Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" (with Elizabeth Taylor)
"The Scarecrow" (Possible Wiz reference)
& the film "THRILLER" The Court of Last Resort Icon_eek
now these could all just be coincidences, but they are mighty suspicious..

here's the link: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0853299/

let me know what you think.

it's a very good find, I think... But how can the character be played by him? This man died in 1983.

well i don't believe that Vaughn Taylor has anything to do with the Conrad Murray involved with the MJ investigation, but i just think it's strange that all of these roles that Taylor played can somehow be tied to moments in Michael's life. I think he could have drawn inspiration from these films perhaps.
It could very well just be coincidence, but we all know how much Michael loved old movies and shows, just like the new movie for Smooth Criminal which referenced the film Gilda.

thanks for your thoughts The Court of Last Resort Icon_biggrin

So, am I right then if I just suppose that Michael saw these movies, and just used the name Conrad Murray as an alias for this guy that maybe isn't really a doc, but just another actor???? Has anybody ever heard of anyone this Doc Murray has actually treated besides Michael? Just some thoughts.

well im not sure how accurate this is, but the supposed Dr. Murray was James Brown's personal doctor at his time of death.

whether true or not, it's very suspicious because it was posted in another thread that Michael had studied James Brown's death very intently. So there has to be a connection. The Court of Last Resort Icon_scratch

Oh, I did not know that about the doc. Does sound like another connection though. I thought it was said he met the Doc when one of his children was sick. Sometimes it's hard to keep all the stories straight. lol.
