2005 Trial Transcripts

Someone has created a website that has transcripts from the 2005 trial with the key testimonies. They have created it in the hope that Gavin Arvizo will come forward and admit he lied to clear Michael's name. Excellent idea. Don't know why someone didn't think of doing this earlier (duh to me, I've had the court transcripts for awhile and never thought of doing something like this).

Anyway it would be good if people could support it by sending messages to Gavin on there to come clean and finally tell the truth. Who knows if he will ever man up and do the right thing. Even if he doesn't, those documents themselves will reveal to the world at large Michael's innocence all along.

I wouldn't hold my breath either, but at least this information is out there and people can truely find out what happened in that court room and not the garbage the media was portraying. At least the public who have doubted Michael will know what all of us have believed all along, Michael didn't get off because of a technicality, but because he was innocent!

Hi there. I'm the one who created Dear Gavin, and so first of all I thank you for your support in this effort. Really, I do. I hope the word gets out and the site finds itself at the top of Google's list, because I suspect Gavin's ego is so big he probably Google's himself regularly. I'd love for him to read the comments and have a revelation. Though it may come too late for Michael to celebrate, his legacy deserves to have Gavin recant. Gavin, by the way, now goes by Anton Jackson. And his crazy mother? She's now Janet Jackson. Gag.

I don't know if he's got any conscience at all, to tell you the truth. I know Star, who now goes by David Jackson, has (or had) a facebook page. Somebody sent him some questions and he replied with a bunch of drivel about how Michael was guilty and there was no way the sweet little innocent "nobodies" could take down a megastar. Anyway, someone mentioned doing one for Jordan Chandler as well. I own DearJordanChandler.com as well, and will be doing that shortly. The biggest hurdle I'm facing with that one is that there are no transcripts. I do have the agreement, which incidentally did NOT state that Jordan couldn't testify if a future case came up. Jordan was apparently called to testify in the Arvizo case but left the country to avoid doing so. Now, that statement at this point is hearsay. I'm looking for validation of that one because it definitely speaks volumes.

Thanks for posting here-I agree that the Arvizo kids learned eraly how to be cons and liars...it is sad but true. It is amazing that Michael had a huge part in the boys healing and then he still was brainwashed into what he did by his mom. As for Jordie-his moms testimony had holes in it and she herself said she never saw anything and had told others the father did it for the money. Jordie not testifying for the prosecution says alot for me. I am going to read "Redemption" by Geraldine Hughes and I have read Aphrodite Jones book. They both should get some type of award for bravery in literature of some sort.

ewww... they really changed their last names to JACKSON!!!! how disgusting can these people get? I have never once believed Michael would ever do anything like these boys have said.. i was 14 when these allegations came out and would get into arguments with grown adults that he was innocent. Also, if Michael was (but he's not) a pedophile it a disease that can't be stopped and they can never be satisfied. So how come macauly and wade and many other little ones said he was innocent? They spent MUCH more time with him than these liars did.

I just finished reading Aphrodite Jones book, and it is excellent. It's a damn shame what was done to try and destroy an innocent man. These Chandlers and Arviso people should all burn in hell.

I believe the jury took that into consideration-not only that but hundreds were questioned and they came up with nothing -it was inconsistant with apedophiles profile. Even the porn that they did find was a small portion(and it wasnt kiddie or even gay porn) in comparison with the thousands of collectibles and toys they found Nothing was consistant with that of a profile. The jury did right and they were sifted through as well-he was not let off because he was a star...and all that information is out there its just not propegated.

Laura, you're doing increadiable job! I love it! We all should promote this site so people, who are not MJ fans and believe in trash, can find out the truth .

Arviso are disgusting . How could they get Jackson last name? Who allowed it? Everyone knows that nasty family!
It proves one more time that Michael is innocent, because you wouldn't take the last name of someone who molested you.

Gavin's mother, Janet, married a guy named Jay Jackson. That's how they all ended up with the last name.

Those of us who loved Michael know the truth, and nothing could make us happier than having his name cleared. Well nothing other than having him back, I guess.

So we have to do what we can, even against the odds, because it's the right thing to do. We can sit back and do nothing, or we can start with our own Man (or woman) in the Mirror.

Hi Laura,

Nice to meet you via cyberspace . This is an incredible thing to do. I will promote your site to as many people as I can. Your site has been promoted a few times on TMZ (that's how I came across the link). It would be my hope that people would at least be willing to read the facts rather than continue to believe the media lies.

I wish you all the best with this and hope that somehow in some way it will bring Michael's name some sort of vindication. I doubt Gavin will come forward, but that doesn't mean I will give up hoping he would. I understand how difficult the one with Jordan will be, particularly with getting information verified. If you do, please let us here know.

Me too ! That's my favourite book ! I wish to Gavin Arvizo and his family the longest possible life so that they can live with this guilt and sin as long as possible. Maybe he will be clever enough to tell the truth and apologize , just to clear up for each an every Michael's acusers that he , Michael J.Jackson , was guilty just for having such a big good and caring heart.
