If Michael was living overseas before the O2 announcement WHY did he move back to LA?

Michael moved to the Middle east, then onto Ireland, ect - and was living overseas when the AEG deal was formed before the O2 announcement.

My question is after watching this video on youtube is, why did he have to come back to LA to rehearse? Any ideas?

I've been thinking about it too, seems strange. he might have planned the hoax before moving to LA. moving there was a part of the project I guess, maybe because it was easier to arrange it there with people from there...
Anyway the video has made me really sad. Drugs???? I can't believe that!

Simplest, most logical possibility? Because California and the United States are his home, and they're also where most of the significant people in his life live, as well.

There's nothing strange about him returning to his home at all. It's not easy deserting what you know and have known your entire life, cold turkey and forever.

Plus, Michael encountered his fair share of problems while abroad. Escaping the United States probably wasn't as wonderful as he'd hoped it would be.

I would like know why did he come back ?? I meant his tour was in London why come back for all the Drama and Mess in the States??

if he was going though problems , wouldn't be stay there and handled though someone else at the time ... I know he has people doing stuff for him ... all the time ... Well , Michael was Smart to handle all his mess first then go back ... I salute to you Michael and love ya still.

I think Michael was in the States because that's where all this had to go down. The chances of getting caught were much greater if a body had to be transported across international waters. The death investigation would have been overseas and he probably didn't have the European connections that he had in Los Angeles. I would imagine that faking one's death would be much less risky at home with family. Just my opinion.
