I would just like to ask before I post anything how safe is this forum and does it record ISP numbers or anything that could reveal my identity?
I am just concerned for my safety,privacy and also being prohibited to speak due to a law abiding agreement and if this website records any personal data,whatever I say can be traced back to me and I need an honest answer before I continue.

I am not sure, I guess it saves the IP, just as other websites do. But I am not sure, I´ll pass that on to admin, she can post it or tell you in pm.

If you have any questions, sure you can pm me, the other moderators and the admin.

As this forum is an include, the safety can´t be guaranteed 100%, because the admin´s don´t own the website.
But it should be safe; you just need to make sure not to put any personal information on your profile.
