One of the best things -- if you can call it that -- to come out of Michael's "death" is the general public finally getting to see the kinds of loons that surrounded him on a regular basis. I don't know how he put up with all of the crazies and lawsuits and malicious lies, but I definitely have infinitely more respect for the man.

I could not handle all of that so gracefully and still be productive and refrain from saying nasty things about people. I probably would just go crazy myself, too, so more power to Michael for being so strong.

And to think this thread started with a nice fan photo. Michael's life was hella bizarre when it came to complete strangers, yet he remained so nice to fans.

I agree 100%! I think if it was me I would go on a Britney style melt down. If that's what fame brings you can keep it IMO. It's almost like you're public property.

Exactly. And Michael's consistently even-tempered, compassionate, and kind reaction to people just makes you appreciate him even more. The freak and wacko crap really needs to stop because it couldn't be more untrue.
