Essentially, this is UCLA commenting that "according to a statement released by his family" Michael Jackson died, rather than announcing his death as the medical facility that treated him.

You guys! Didn't we discuss this last week that Jermaine announcing MJ's death to the press was rather unsual? That normally someone from hospital staff (the doctor) makes the announcement? We already knew this remember? That's great that MJDH was able to locate the website of what UCLA released to the press. Keep the Faith!

The UCLA article is way more than a good find -- it's the BEST find in a long time, if you ask me. I've been following that MJHD thread since pepper first posted, and I think her discovery is much bigger than all of the coroner's van stuff.

Medical facilities (especially prominent, experienced ones like UCLA) just don't make death announcements that way -- according to the dead person's family statement, when the dead person was supposedly attended to by their own staff for over an hour -- so I agree with everyone: WTF!

Since June 25th I have not seen the name of one single doctor over at the hospital or any comment from them.

I told you!!! Everything and all clues will start to get easier to figure out from now on.....we get more proof everyday that he's alive and that proof is becoming easier to see. We're not just getting clues anymore, we're getting actual EVIDENCE of him being alive.....

Michael Jackson died at home
Michael Jackson died in his bedroom
Michael Jackson died in the Doctors bedroom
Michael had a weak pulse when the paramedic arrived
Michael was revived in the hospital, then in coma, then he died.

And why dint any doctor relise the statement that he died? The family did, I have never seen that before

Oh yeah, that's not out of the ordinary at all. What's strange is that no one who actually worked on Michael Jackson has come forth with a statement of some kind. Hell, UCLA isn't even CONFIRMING he died, they simply refer back to the family statement. That is what is totally bizarre.

i find it very suspicious that no one in the media have tracked down the doctors and nurses, who worked on MJ that day. Yes, i know they can't speak publically about patients, but there are ways to bend that rule - one would think the MEDIA would know how to do that....

So, during the 2005 trial, the media was able to find out what size boxer shorts MJ used, but they cant track down a few nurses? Uhm.....

Honestly, the whole patient confidentiality thing holds no weight in this case because it wouldn't prevent the physician who worked on MJ to confirm his death. Nor would it preclude the staff who were present to confirm that they saw MJ being worked on. The whole world is being told that MJ died and there hasn't been one confirmation of this from the medical center in which he was supposedly pronounced dead. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

The media only find out what they want to find out. Had they reported what was actually going on in that courtroom in 2005 Michael's total innocence would never in a million years been in question. He was slandered and completely villified not only by that kid and his family but by the media who only wanted a salacious 'story' to report. The collective media make me sick.
