my heart broke seeing Michael and LaToya speaking about their abusive past and it hurt the most when Michael triedvery hard not to show tears when he was asked what he would be hit with by Joe

I know that there needs to be a bit of discipline but not as extreme as what Joe did to his children, especially Michael..I really don't understand how a parent could be so abusive both on a emortionally and physically like Joe and IDK how his mind works but I would (like Michael said) never ever lay a finger on my own children. period.

it made me sick and was unbearable to watch the last part of the video where it showed Joe laughing - if this is not a hoax, that man seriously needs help. noone couold be so cruel like him

exactly! and as far as I am concerned, violence will only make the chidlren lash out and it's (as seen with Michael and his sibilings) only going to create a huge distance between a child and his/her parents and their relationships are bound to become sour in no time

IDK whether Michael really meant it but on this interview he had with Geraldo back in 2005, he said that Joe has mellowed alot since his heydays and talks more about his father with less dislike...bcoz Michael said it himself, I would be open-minded about Joe's behaviour changing over the years but deep down I have doubts about it - I guess people can change but from seeing the video Human_nature has posted where Joe was seen laughing the day after his son's death, it is very difficult for me to say that it is also possible for Joe.

I am really frustrated and honestly don't know whether there will ever be an end to this puzzle.. I was both disappointed and angry when I found out that the video of the 'coroner's van' was found to be fake - angry bcoz those sick people who did this made the video just for the fun of it without realizing the kind of impact it would have on Michael's fans, including myself.

If Michael decides not to ever come back, I really hope that he could give us some kind of definitive clues to let us know that he's alive and safe. and if this is indeed the case, it breaks my heart in that he had to go to this extreme to lead a normal life that we sometimes take for granted

I totally agree.. I would like to get a signifant clue, to show us he is alive and well. Its makeing me crazy. Poor Angel, he went through so much. Only a few people know what he went through.
