Jackson Burial Goes to Court

TMZ has learned Katherine Jackson has filed legal papers asking the judge in the Jackson probate case to have the estate pay for the burial.
Informed sources tell us lawyers for the estate will neither support nor oppose the motion — but rather they will leave it to the judge.
A hearing is set for tomorrow morning at 9:30.
The burial is set for Thursday.

she files this 2 days before the burial? WOuldnt one think they'd sought out the financial aspect of the burial before they start inviting guests?
Could this mean another delay?

6 pm. Right now it's 8:30pm here. I think we are 9 hours ahead. Also CNN said this morning (my time) that they will report from the funeral.
