The VMAs on MTV

does anyone know if mtv will stream the awards from their website? i
know they are streaming from the red carpet...i don't have cable, so
that's why i ask. if they don't, i'll have to find another website who
does cuz i really wanna watch them live. this is the first time i've
been interested in watching the VMAs since i was in junior high school,
lol

Not sure. I didn't see anything mentioned on the website.

I do have the pre-show on keeping company as I work. I did see an interesting white glittery wheelchair being pushed inside Radio City Music Hall.

Did anyone else notice that?

Annnnnnnnd then suddenly the This Is It teaser was just aired! Only 10 secs or so. Hopefully more to come.

Madonna's speech was beautiful. It made me cry and I believe MJ is alive.

I cried as well, thinking back on all of Michael's accomplishments and all the fun times he's had. But instrad of being sad and being brought down, I am more determined than ever to find the truth

I just loved what Madonna said. And yeah they were doing something weird with
janets voice. It was great though!

the tribute was a bit disappointing, it thought it was going to be
better


but i notice some things:
opening song is thriller, family is
there without the glasses ( why?) and the fact that the main focus was
the screen not who was dancing

and i agree , Janet looked mad not sad, i liked madonna's speach but i found interesting that she introduced the tribute specially understanding ,defending and supporting him .

other thing is Russel saing that they are celebrating Michael Jackson ( is it going to be more?)

I expected the tribute to last longer and be more involved. Maybe that's why Janet look pissed. They might have cut the tribute short.

Yeah, it didn´t cross my mind. I just thought that she had enough of the BS praising him now that he´s "gone". Too little too late. But you definitely could be right GirlSat.
