Joe Jackson Website in . . . Germany??
I found this on MJHD. I haven't been able to log on over there for some reason so I thought I'd share this over here...
http://www.michaeljacksonhoaxdeath.com/?page_id=293/hoax-death/mj-managers-pls-help-and-joe-jacksons-official-website-in-germany/
Apparently, there's a book Joe wrote: "Die Jacksons". Peculiar title and it's the same in the German title as well.
The German word for "die" is "sterben", and "the" is actually "der" according to the translator in dictionary.com.
The book is also on amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/Die-Jacksons-Joseph-Jackson/dp/3809030287
Couldn't be a typo at both websites, right?

Re: Joe Jackson Website in . . . Germany??
german is not that easy....
in english you just have "the"
in germany you have "der/die/das"
male/female/neutrum
If you have one Jackson...Joe, Michael, Jermaine no matther whom...
then it's "der Jackson" but it's not a common choice of words...
if you are referring to a family or a family clan...
than it's "Die Jacksons"
die = plural of der/die / das in that case.....
I don't know if this is plausible for non-germans...
but "die" is totally different from the engl. "die"

I am so very glad that you translated "die Jacksons" since my eyes grew wide and I immediately became afraid...very afraid. "Die" in English has a completely different definition. OMG...I need to pour myself a drink.

Re: Joe Jackson Website in . . . Germany??
This reminded me of The Simpsons!! (sorry, I'm a huge Simpsons fan!!)
During the episode "Cape Feare", the parole board asks Sideshow Bob why he has a tattoo that says "Die, Bart, Die". Bob replies that it is German for "The, Bart, The"; members of the board are impressed by his reasoning. Believing that "nobody who speaks German could be an evil man", they release him.

You won't believe it....I was today in a book store...and they had a little cute
MJ-section....
2 magazines...and some books about MJ...one of it "Unmasked" from Ian Halperin *vomit*
and another one from a "Joe Jackson"
called "Die Jacksons"..
I didn't feel like buying it...it costs 10 € that's about 14 $...not really expensive...
but I think I wouldn't read it.
I leafed through this book...very short...I wasn't so much interested in Joe's opinion.

Re: Joe Jackson Website in . . . Germany??
In various other threads and posts regarding Michaels Father I noticed he has been slandered badly and I think maybe we should try to have some respect, he is after all Michaels Father and we are all human and capable of making mistakes and the important thing is to make amends which I think he tried to do, he was great support to Michael when it really mattered-when he had to endure the terrible accusations and court case (which is something LaToya did NOT do-in fact quite the opposite) Michael did make peace with his Father and that is very commendable and shows what a warm and forgiving person he was. We should all try to be like that.
Quote from Michael:
My father is a much nicer person now. I think he realizes his children are everything. Without your family, you have nothing. He's a nice human being. At one time, we'd be horrified if he just showed up. We were scared to death. He turned out really well. I wish it wasn't so late.
