keep an open mind,NOT SAYING he ws still under meds,i am pointing out,this was BACK in 2003 sounds funny to me,he would use PAST tense,not saying,i was and still am under meds.i dont know i just dont get the sense that he would mention HAVING been under meds and not mentioning if he was still under them.,
