Well he must have a really long arm then because look at the distance from his hair to where the arrow is pointing to his arm.

I see the hair, but can't make out the arm.

I do wonder though, if he was already dead when they got to the hospital, what would be the point of wheeling him in sitting up in the stretcher like that? Makes no sense. Smile

It looks like just another man to me...just shorter than the others...But i do see something on the window reflection on the emergency sign...looks like Michael's head to me...
