Ok..I know this may come off as a little weird but in the end, there's a bunch of coincideces between this movie and the clues we hace been given. This was just playing on MTv today, and I decided to watch it again..it's an interesting movie.
We all know V for Vendetta is mostly about revenge...getting to justice, freedom and truth. The movie is about a totalitarian government, which I think is very similar to the press/media these days that brainwash people and make what they want out of celebrities, mostly bs. Plus, the setting of the movie is in LOndon!!!!!!!!
I have a couple of screen captures to show you what i mean:

1) This was the first thing I saw...behind V, there is a picture of a man dressed in red, with a strap going across his chest. I remember seeing a picture of MJ from a photoshoot, in an identical pose and suit( although i dont remember is it was red or not)Look:



2) This was near the end of the movie, showing a statue of children...and it looks exactly the same as one that MJ had at Neverland... he also had statues of children flying, of Peter Pan, etc. As soon as I find the pic from NEverland I'll post it on here...but here's the one from the movie:



3) Next, SHOCKING! I was freaking out when I saw this:



Looks familiar?? This man looks exactly exactly like the man we suspected to be MJ in disguise at his own memorial back in July. Note the cane..the Fedora..the glasses...the hair...the mustache/facial hair...he even wears black gloves... I was left speechless after this!! Here's the one from the memorial..to refresh your memory

Next...When I saw this...it reminded me of the coffin at the memorial..the exact same flowers!!!! I remember the flowers were a clue back then as well, but I dont remember what they meant ..sorry

And...here he looks like Mj from the back :


And this is the main quote of the movie, although I'm not sure whether it is relevant to MJ..except for the plot part LOL

That's a pretty statue..but the one I'm talking about is just like the one from the movie...a circle of children holding hands I think there was a picture of it from that exposition when everything from Neverland went into auction

I might consider detective investigation as a career hahaha!
Just watch out..it seems to me that clues come to us when we least expect it!

This has just hit me like a brick. I got goosebumps when I saw this thread because during this whole time looking into MJ's 'death' This film (which I have seen more times than i can remember) has kept on popping into my head, and I had no reason why. I'm still not entirely sure why.
But i'm really going to think about it now.

Someone help me out. I have never seen the movie so I am clueless as to the importance of the movie plot to the whole MJ hoax. Give me a summary...please. Right now, I am feeling a bit...see below...

The movie is set in Great Britain in the near future. Under the guise
of several terrorist acts, a totalitarian government is elected to
Parliament under Chancellor Adam Sutler (John Hurt) to save the country
from these terrorists. The only problem is the people must give up a
lot of their freedoms for being safe. The government eventually becomes
cruel, corrupt, and oppressive to the people. Driven by a personal
vendetta, a mysterious individual William Rookwood (Hugo Weaving) comes
to the forefront to take up the cause of freedom. He wears a mask of
Guy Fawkes to cover his face, and changes his name to only V. V's
mission is to kill all the doctors who had tortured him at the
detention center, and bring back justice to the country. On November 5,
in the process of blowing up his first building, V rescues a young
woman, Evey (Natalie Portman), from the secret police. V takes over the
TV station and broadcasts a message to the country condemning the
oppressors in Parliament. V invites all the people to join him in one
year on Guy Fawkes Night to see him complete what Guy Fawkes couldn't,
blow up Parliament.

OK!!! I know there has been a lot of controvery on here about the kids, and I hope nobody minds that I post this picture (the picture was atken before Mj "died")...it's really nothing major, you can't even see their faces...but the picture pertains to the V for Vendetta thingy...no words for it.. now I truly believe this hoax has something to do with the mobie..or at least the idea of the movie..

Vendetta is definitely one key motivation for the hoax.

I just finished watching the movie for the first time. I must say the similarities are uncanny. One of the lines that stood out to me is this: Artists use lies to tell the truth. The movie came out in 2006. Is it possible that Michael came up with a hoax based in part on this movie?

I've seen this movie a couple of years ago and I have to watch it again too!! When those images grabbed my attention, I was not really watching the movie..it was more like peeking up at the TV, from my work And then...bye bye work haha

I found the picture from the Neverland exhibit...that is exactly like the one in the movie...maybe they used this one in the movie??? Since Mj's trials were in 2005 and the movie was released in 2006...who knows??
