Jackson Autopsy -- Singer Was a Healthy Mess

UPDATE: 1:03 PM ET The Coroner also determined Jackson was actively producing sperm.

More details on the Michael Jackson autopsy. According to a new report, Jackson had osteoarthritis which was visible on his lower spine and fingers.

He had dark tattoos on his eyebrows and around his eyes and a dark tattoo on the front of his scalp -- possibly to cover the permanent scarring from burns suffered in Pepsi mishap.

The report says he was balding and suffered a skin disease. We've previously reported Jackson suffered from vitiligo.

His heart was strong but his lungs were inflamed.

The report says Jackson's stomach had no obvious signs of pills, nor were illegal drugs or alcohol detected.

The manner of death -- already reported to be a homicide -- was based in part on Propofol administered in a non-hospital setting.

According to some tabloids soon after the original autopsy report came out it was claimed that there were pills in his stomach and now all of a sudden there was no trace of any!! WTF??

No, this is all very good news. We already knew there was an 'autopsy', we already knew that MJ's 'death' was due to "acute propofol intoxication" (WTFever, but I digress). This is simply a rehashing of the same information, only in a much, much different light!

i know, it doesn't prove he's alive. but if you already believe that he is (which i do), this should be good news! it puts to shame whatever trashy tabloids reported that he weighed 108 lbs, had no hair, needle marks all over his body, etc. the article should be proof that the real truth is finally starting to come out.

WOW!!! well, this confirms what we new,mj was in good health and DID NOT do drugs,he loves his kids too much so this is great. Well *lol* the way I see it they were doing an autopsy on a dead body that had apparantely died from a drug overdose, checking his sperm count is kind of odd... unless the coroner was curious!!!!

I am no expert and only have limited medical knowledge but my Sister is a trained nurse and has qualifications in midwifery (I know not relevent in this case!!!) but she is not aware of any tests that enable proof of being able to produce sperm on a corpse. Do we know this is from a reliable source and if he is alive this document will be put out as part of the hoax.

Maybe I am losing the plot or my sanity!!! BUT
I cannot understand why you are all happy with the release of this autopsy report, all it does is tell us that MJ was reasonably healthy, incidintely inflamed lungs are not too good-it reduces lung capacity causing breathlessness and worsens as the years pass. It can be caused by smoking, bronchitus, asthma or repeated lung infections, allergies etc. Chronic means long term-in other words you have it for life-never cured. I thought MJ looked breatless after the "no one cares about us" on TTI.
Also some of you think that MJ has put this out via TMZ or any other medium/site and forgive me if you dont agree but would he want the world to know he had scars behind his ears with plastic surgery? and to know he had his scalp tattooed at the front etc because he was bald? I dont think so. And he was a private person as I remember him being filmed in an interview about his vitiligo and he just said he suffered from it and the rest was private. I dont know if any of you agree and feel the same but I am very upset since the release of these autopsy details and would love for somebody to have made them up as I do not think MJ would divulge personal things of this nature as part of the hoax. I do hope with all my heart that this is BS done by some crank because to my opinion it was either done by some saddo or it is the result of a real autopsy which would mean he is in fact dead.

@Harley this report contradicts everything the media has told us from day 1.
The way most of us here see it Michael is fighting back. The media lie all the time and it looks like they've had their run and now MJ is having his turn. It contradicts all the BS about him being completely bald, pills in his stomach, needle marks, no nose, anorexic etc etc etc....
To me as i've said before MJ gave them the rope and then ran wild with it!!! Michael is setting the record straight in his own way.
Also the bit about MJ producing sperm - I love that... What coroner checks a bodys sperm count while doing an autopsy on a dead body that presumably died of a drug over dose - also would there be sperm to check on a dead body - I highly doubt it.

Thanks for that and I wished I believed it but I cant see it. Michael probably WAS bald as he had the bad pepsi accident, he did wear wigs and he did have his eyebrows tattoed etc, I really wish I could get it into my head that he is behind it but I cannot. The media has been slagging him off for over 20 years and he will be used to it, also he knew his true fans didn't take heed anyway and IF he was in danger/witness protection or just wanted peace in the latter half of his life and he did the hoax I think he will have more on his mind than to worry about getting his own back on the media. Yeah I know, I don´t buy ´what they say about the autopsy report. But I was just saying that Harvey got that question and he answered it by saying this one is true, like he was 1000% sure. I mean who are they to have the real thing?

I think maybe you need to take a break from all of this tonight Harley, because you are clearly becoming distressed and down. Sometimes when I'm like this I take a minute to go over all of the discrepancies of the last 3 months and realize that more points to him being alive (which is what I believe 100%).

Then after that take a break from all of this and clear your head for awhile. Too much of anything is not good for you.

@MJ TMZ are involved they're Michael's brick man, they are/were a rubbish tabloid website and now all of a sudden they're answering hardcore questions...
How could they know this report is the truth, how could they be sure of anything... unless they're involved.
TMZ have been the go to person since June 25th, I haven't seen any other "tabloid/media" answer any questions only report rubbish that they can't back up!

TMZ are in the know as far as i'm concerned...
