Interview with Randy Philips about MJ and This is it!
Sorry if it has been posted before. I didn't see it. This interview was just posted. From what I understand it was done before September 27th.
Part 1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rauHdberFw8
100 hours of accidental HD footage what we planned nothing with???
Seems like the host of the show is pointing to doubles too...
Part 2
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Neg79YYPrJQ
"Study of inconsistency" ???
"Thank you for taking me so far! I can take it from here" ??? Take what?
film between 105-108 minutes
Part 3
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKcVI3lXgQ0
well this is new: he saw on life support and brain dead...I thought they worked on him for over an hour and couldn't get his heart to beat...is that the same???
Everything is authentic...why feel the need to say that? Anyone question that?! Afraid they will?

I'm trying to figure out how you "accidentally" set up the best filming equipment for hours of rehearsal that you don't plan to do anything with.
Anyone remembering the lighting equipment that they showed for the TII trailer that was also present at the funeral? I think we all made mention of the "dome project". I guess this was all done accidentally on purpose.

I haven't heard this before...thanks for posting. This doesn't make sense at all....the "accidental" filming, now saying Michael was brain dead, and telling us on one hand what great shape he's in and on the other that they had to force feed him because he was too thin. And what a jerk mimicking Michael's voice like that...how disrespectful!
This is the only interview I've seen of RP before this one and he seemed a lot more sincere and upset in this one... http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/video/Michael-Jackson-Exclusive-AEG-Chief-Randy-Phillips-Talks-To-Sky-About-Singers-Rehearsal-Day-Before-He-Died/Video/200906415325813 Edit: I just realized after listening to this again that he contradicts himself and says Dr. Murray told the kids the news!!
I'm really not sure what to think of him. Those fangirls in that testimony from 'This is Not It' said they were positive that Michael did not like him at all.

I agree with you all.
And why did he say it is all completely authentic and that there is no external editing or vocals? why should he have at that time thought anyone would have thought otherwise?
Why did he say he was on life support? If he had been on life support he would have been kept alive. I was on life support 5 years ago until I fully recovered and I was able to breathe on my own. They all have conflicting stories and none of it makes sense.

That is the first time I've heard anything about life support. Even if he was brain dead, why wouldn't they keep him on it until at least all the family were able to get there to say goodbye? That just doesn't make sense at all.
I can't get past that he says Frank Dileo told the kids Michael had died, and then in the other interview says that it was Dr. Murray who told them. More lies!!!

I'm with you Truth_or_Dare. When Randy said Mike said the last night "I'll take it from here", it was (as Mike said in 2000 Watts) a "WHAT!"moment for me! We know what and to where he was referring. Randy, your job is done now I will take if from here and make HISTORY. Oh how I pray this is true! Just to see Mike stick it to all his haters would be a dream come true for his devoted fans!

If Michael was on life support, because his heart was still beating, but had no brain function, they could not take him off life support without the consent of his family. Katherine never went in to see him, so who gave the consent? As the brothers ans sisters arrived Michael was already dead, according to them. What gives?

I'm not even sure that that was Randy Philips on the phone. He sounded too chipper for me, and the voice was alittle high.

Re: Interview with Randy Philips about MJ and This is it!
I agree. If this wasn't all planned out before his departure then I must be a ghost sitting at my computer typing this message. MJ was always thrilled about film. I recall in an interview I saw of him where he said film lasts forever. It's not like anything else. Did you hear what Randy Phillips said? Elvis nor Sinatra has anything like this on film. MJ did something historically that no one had ever done and he's getting paid beyond what we can imagine for it too. Damn! the guy is a genius. Keep the Faith!
