Michael Jackson's doctor could be headed to jail soon - and it has nothing to do with propofol.
Las Vegas prosecutors are seeking a bench warrant for the arrest of Dr. Conrad Murray over unpaid child support for a 10-year-old son.
They also want the deadbeat dad's Nevada medical license suspended, District Attorney David Roger told the Daily News yesterday. "He's over $13,000 in arrears," Roger said.

Murray missed a court hearing on the debt Wednesday, triggering the warrant request.

Did anyone mention the word Xscape before? Let's see how this story unfolds....

I found this news about Dr Murray fascinating if I was honest. I will post the link on my site - I already have your link to this forum there.

I am pleased to hear what the report tells us because I know from my tarot that Dr Murray did NOT murder Michael Jackson. This WILL known over time if not sometime. Just thought I would show you my tarot for this. It tells you the circumstances that he could have been accused of but he did,nt Murder Michael and please trust me on this because I know he did,nt. Oh, now I'm nearly sure that he didn't kill MJ, because his behaviour was so suspicious in the beginning (he disappeared, didn't sign DC, didn't give any public statement about the circumstances of the "death" etc); he said he administered propofol in MJ's house (I think it is a very wrong thing to be done) and now, 4 months later, he may be arrested because of an unpaid child support! It makes me think that he didn't kill MJ - it's good news for our theory, isn't it?

Latoya signed the DC....and this guy on the larry king blogs who say he is MJ said "why would Latoya be in charge of my body and sign the DC? Dont you think it would have been my mother?"....something like that. So that right there makes total sense...I never thought of that before.

Though I don't believe this guy being the real MJ, his comments make sense. What do they mean by signing the death certificate? I thought it was an official who signed it. Or does the person who gives out info from the deceased have to sign somewhere?

So it's a DEBT CASE after all, not a DEATH case.

It's good news because if there's no death(not even a corpse to prove), there's no case.

Poor Dr. Murray(if he even exists), his debt is so sensationalized now for 13G and there are other people who gets away with their unbelievable debts without all the hullaballoo. And the only few pics of him is soooo overused and certainly brings in the doubt if he really exists.

I saw my grandma tonight at the hospital. And the only thing she do now, it's reading newspapers. But she always readed all news as far as I can remember.

She know alot about MJ and she's 91 yrs old. She saw the news about dr.murray and she told me it was very strange. She think he should be in jail for a long time.

well, she don't think MJ is alive and I don't bother her with that, becuase she's very sick now. But, hey, she's 91, she's sick and she can tell something is not logic about that.

She really like Michael ha ha ! And she talked about his kids, and how she never believed he was a child molestor ...and she know he gave alot money to charities ect...

and I tell you about my grandma, because at 91 yrs old, she saw alot of things in her life

I am from Brazil, and here we have a legal dispositive called "Prisão Preventiva" it means something like Preventive arrest. So, here if a person is suspect to have commited a serious crime like a murder, this guy is preventively arrested to be investigated and don´t have oportunity to run out of the country.
So my qyestion is:
Is there any legal dispositive like this in USA?
It´s so weird for me Murray isn´t in arrest. Is this a legal procedure let a suspect in freedom taking the risk of a scape?

yes they can do that in USA too. I watched alot of investigations (TV), real investigations, like First 48 hours, things like that.

Arrested because of a child support debt, MBMJ, not Michael's case.

Im beyond murray getting arrested now if he gets thrown in clink and the keys chucked in the sea it makes no difference the only way id believe he was in clink was if i actually went in and seen him there!!! there has been too much inconsistencies now..i like the wording from tmz bye the way 'rap it up' come on its a manslaughter/murder investigation for goodness sake....

You're upset about Murray possibly going to jail for something totally unrelated to MJ?

But this would be great for us, wouldn´t it? They´d just say we´ve put him in jail for that too, end of story. That doesn´t mean he actually killed MJ or anyone for that matter.
