Dr. Conrad Murray is finally breaking his silence about his ongoing child support case to TMZ, claiming he and his new lawyer are determined to make all the Doc's non Jacko-related problems go away.

Murray only has four more days to report to a Las Vegas court before a judge will issue a bench warrant for his arrest for missing a child support hearing on Oct. 7.

But Murray's new lawyer, Chris Aaron, tells TMZ that Team Murray is desperately trying to work out a "temporary resolution" with the District Attorney's office.

Aaron says Murray has a perfectly good explanation for going MIA, saying, "It was not intentional missing his court date -- it was simply an oversight. Dr. Murray has every intention of resolving and taking care of his personal responsibilities."

Murray is accused of stiffing baby mama Nenita Malibiran out of $13,311.47 in payments for their 10-year-old son. And in case you've been living under a rock ... he fueled Michael Jackson with Propofol which the L.A. County Coroner says killed him.

You know...I tried to do a search on google and with the Nevada Board Association to find out more about this "Chris Aaron" but as you may already know it came up empty...the reason why I got the idea to look for this "lawyer" is because I read in a thread on here where someone checked into the last attorney's "history" and website to find out that it was possibly fictional. so I did my little Colombo work and he doesn't seem to exist....idk do anybody think they can find out more about this Chris Aaron.

Well i hope he dont exist,great research! Sooooo murray gets 4 days or a warrent will be issued for...wait for it....unpaid child payments!!!!! Someone really should remind the lapd and judge that he is accused of manslaughter/murder he should of been arrested by now i mean what is his lawyer talking about we need to get rid of none jackson related charges first and what does the judge say?? oohhhh ok we'l hold the murder charge till your ready...... oh well we no the truth MJ LIVES

I still wonder if this lawyer, Chris Aaron is for real, so I am trying to find out how long he has been in practice. Just incidentally, there is also a Chris Aaron who is a film-maker, and a Chris Aaron who is a blues guitarist.
