MOONWALK THROUGH THE SCHEME OF THINGS
Julien's Auction Luck
Now look, the auction of MJ's memorable items should have taken place April 22-25, 2009.
However, at the beginning of March Michael Jackson's representatives filed the action against Julien's auction house for that its employees have allegedly exposed the items belonging to the executor on sale without his permission.
According to the singer's company MJJ Productions claim, submitted to the Supreme court of Los Angeles, Julien's, which declared for exposure more than 2 thousand items used by Jackson, had not coordinated with the executor neither the list of items, nor the possibility of their sale.
As a result the Supreme court of Los Angeles rejected Jackson's claim on April, 3rd and didn't put a ban on holding of the auction.
Ultimately, the decision on auction cancellation was accepted by the court because of negotiations between Julien's auction house and Jackson's producing company MJJ Productions.
"Both sides have decided not to hold the auctions. All items will be returned to Jackson and MJJ Productions", - the chief executive of Julien's Auctions Martin Nolan has declared.
The question is: Why the auction house didn't follow a judge and didn't sell a thing? The answer is obvious: the conditions offered by singer's side were more favorable.
Naturally, the auction house launched a little feeler RIGHT AFTER "death". Auction finally took place, but the truth is - the number of items was down to just 21! The auction organizers claimed that it took place right the day after the heart of the king of pop stopped just by chance. Do you believe in that?
As a result they obtained 205 thousand dollars for just 21 items. According to eBay site, the average price for such items has grown for 31 percent per day! That seems to be a reason for cancelling the first auction.
Now, do we look bold, if we suppose that the "death" was planned beforehand and it would be more favorable for sellers to sell given items gradually beginning June, 26th?
This story had legs. The next auction from the same auction house is already scheduled. It will take place in November, 2009 and will present more significant items. Like Neverland Gates?
Try to over-persuade us that it is all not planned!
Lucky Ticket Sellers
To continue the auctions theme, let's review some odd facts about the concert tickets.
What do we know? The official seller Ticketmaster informs that tickets for 10 announced London concerts were sold out completely in just four hours. Wow! Some of us, who were thrown out of Ticketmaster's website, were desperate!
Later on we heard that because of an unprecedented demand they announced 40 more concerts, that were to take place from July, 2009 to February, 2010! Hm… Is it so easy to book the O2 arena for 40 nights just like that? And what about the contract with the singer, signed only for a certain amount of performances? The answer is simple - it's obvious that no one planned to handle any of the concerts! Therefore, there could have been any number of those: 33, 45, 57, etc.
As for the damn tickets… First of all, we have another lucky winner, AEG, who by the time of “death” haven't sent out any of purchased tickets to buyers and got a chance to “sell” the papers tickets for nominal price from 75 GBP. The AEG head Randy Phillips carefully advised to get now collectable tickets designed by MJ (!) and not to ask for money back. Now they printed out 8 types of tickets and try to make fans to buy collect all eight of them. Although we must admit that they returned all claimed money to ticketmaster, viagogo, seatwave customers. Finally, we have a ticket, purchased from viagogo, dated 2020. Sorry, but did you mean it's valid till 2020? Viagogo website gives an explanation:”that was the first date available in our system to put tickets under”. So did the concerts were to happen or not? Were they even in a system? Little more cash in our coin box.
To make it even more dramatic, an attempt to delay the tour took place in May. "Carrying out of the series of MJ's planned concerts in London is under the large threat now. The promotion company working with the executor, threatens with the judicial claim and an interdiction for carrying out of concerts till July, 2010, on the basis of that "the king of pop has an operating outstanding contract (with AllGood Entertainment Inc)” – the Reuters informs.
The company "AllGood Entertainment Inc" from New Jersey asserts that it signed the agreement with Jackson's manager, Frank DiLeo in November, 2008. According to the contract, the singer should perform in July, 2010 together with his brothers from "Jacksons Five" and sister Janet Jackson. Before that Mr. Jackson cannot give concerts under the consent of the both sides, the operating partner of the company Patrick Alokko has informed. BUT DiLeo managed Jackson only until February 14, 1989 when their business relationship was abruptly terminated, without any public explanation, according to Wikipedia.
That's another proof that concerts should not take place.
Moreover, someone got the brilliant idea! To film the Rehearsals! First time in history rehearsals were filmed with as much professional equipment as possible to engrave the maximum possible hours, as much as 100 in just a few days. The reasonable question rises - WhaT For? It is as simple as a good reservation for future has been made! And who is the lucky winner?

First the table of connections and now that - just too many "coincidences", right?

Re: MOONWALK THROUGH THE SCHEME OF THINGS
I knew something was off and there had to be a connection with Michael and TMZ especially since they were the first ones to report the news and even 6 minutes before he was officially declared "dead". Now that I can see it, it makes so much more sense. Thank you Amy.
