MJ fans say movie covers grim truth

I came across this, is stating that all involved in the movie covered up the truth about MJs health. Is it possible that we have been led to believe he was fit enough to do all the concerts? He could have been not as fit as we thought and had no other option than to do the hoax. here it is;

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A small group of Michael Jackson's dedicated fans have started an "awareness" campaign surrounding the upcoming movie "This is It," saying it covers up the grim reality of the dead pop star's final days.
The group represents fans from at least 10 countries who claim the movie, which hits theaters around the world on October 28 and is based on Jackson's rehearsals for a series of London concerts, conceals the "dire state" of his health while enriching its promoters that they hold partly responsible for his death on June 25.
"In the weeks leading up to Michael Jackson's death, while this footage was being shot, people around him knew that he looked like he might have died. Those who stood to make a profit chose to ignore it," the group says on its website, www.this-is-not-it.com.
Jackson was preparing for the concerts at the time of his sudden death, which was ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles County Coroner and attributed to an overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol as well as the sedative lorazepam.
Police have focused their investigation into his death on the entertainer's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray. So far, no charges have been filed.
Kenny Ortega, the director of "This is It" who also was choreographing the concert rehearsals, told Reuters earlier this week that he saw no signs of drug dependency in Jackson, that the singer was excited to be performing and that the film was not intended to make a profit.
In a separate interview on Thursday, Ortega called the movie a "musical mosaic...that I think will help the fans come to appreciate and understand what Michael was putting into "This Is It", what his dreams were for it, what his goals were for it."
"It is a story of a master of his craft, a great genius in his final theatrical work and creative process," Ortega said.
The concert promoters, AEG Live, did not return calls for comment.
The group is made up largely of longtime Jackson fans, some of whom have spent time with the entertainer over the years and attended nearly every day of his 2005 child molestation trial.
They say they became so concerned about Jackson's health that on June 21, four days before his death, they wrote to him asking him to stop the tour if he was not up to it.
"It is our wish to help people understand where the responsibilities lie, pertaining to Michael Jackson's passing, in the hope that if they choose to watch the film, they will do so with critical eyes," the group said in a written statement.
"In fact, we believe that those around Jackson chose to look the other way when it was evident he was having problems," the fans said.
"We want to celebrate Michael Jackson and his amazing legacy, but we cannot do so until the truth comes out, justice is served and the lies are exposed."
The fans say they will hand out fliers promoting their cause at the premieres next week for "This is It."

Isn´t this the thing with Karen Faye? Cause if it is I don´t buy it. She seems very fishy to me, that woman. A bit of a drama queen.

Sorry guys, take this with a pinch of salt. I had no idea when I posted this that it was those two who are so obviously liars. We discussed them on a different thread.

I think this is important info Harley.

To me it either points to one of two things. Either these people are indeed lying or we aren't seeing the real Michael in the rehersal footage.

What would these two fans have to gain from lying? No-one knows who they are and it doesn't seem to me like they are releasing this information to the media to make money.

The person in the reherasal footage is kicking major @ss in terms of dance moves. I mean we have all seen the "Smooth Criminal" sketch and if you look at the trailer closer you can even see a few seconds of moonwalking and a terrific spin. There is NO way you could do this if you were ill and frail and not eating.

Now to me it seems there are doubles present in the trailer and there will be in the movie. I remember back in the tapes conversations with Glenda, Michael stated he used food as a way to take control because he always felt certain aspects of his life were out of his control.

Lets say AEG tricked him into the 50 concerts and he really didn't want to do them/have the energy to do them. Cutting back on his eating and becoming frail would be a way to do this. AEG would have no choice but to employ doubles and stand-ins to ensure that the concerts went ahead. If most fans can't tell it's not Michael close up on a big screen, what chance would they have if they were in the stalls of a stadium as big as the O2?

We could also look at it as Michael was under a lot of stress with planning this hoax down to the last detail and therefore his physical apperance started to change and he was becoming too thin and looked ill.

We could also flip this on it's head and bring in Annie's theory where she states that a frail and ill double died on June 25th. Perhaps these two fans were talking to a double and they didn't realise it wasn't Michael because of how much his physical appearance had altered?

I hope this made sense and I didn't bore you all One thing is for sure though. Nothing adds up. You simply cannot go from being frail and ill one day, to healthy enough to reherase for a major comeback concert, to back to frail so that paramedics didn't recognise you, in such a small amount of time.

This pretty much sums it up.

Until I see the movie on the big screen I don't think I can make up my mind about this whole thing.

i think that he was skinny but healthy

@Rach-thanks for that, it does make a lot of sense what you have written, especially the fact that he was under a lot of stress if he was in fact planning the hoax. This would explain his loss of weight, not sleeping etc.
I have thought that the only explanation if it was in fact the real MJ at the 02 for his weird behaviour would be nerves knowing he was starting the greatest hoax of the century (if Elvis did in fact die that is!) and so much depended on it as I think he knew it would be so hard to do 50 concerts and didn't want to do them. I still do not know for sure if it was MJ at the 02 announcement but it would explain why he was behaving so out of character but then he was used to an audience and said he never suffered nerves so maybe I am way off track

If it was in fact Michael at the O2 the only explantion would be nerves because of a hoax. This is a man who has spent his life been in front of people, knows how to control his nerves due to performing and is not conceited.

To me, the O2 man came across as a bit arrogant. I hate to say that because if it is Michael I will feel like a massive b***h! However, I haven't ever seen him behave in this way.

This is indeed shaping up to be one of the most interesting aspects of the hoax IMO. The death doesn't seem to have people talking anymore, but the man who appreared at the O2 certainly does

@Rach-HAHAHAHAAAA that is so true....the movie and the 02 guy is the talk of MJ groups. Strange huh?
