Ok here goes, the strangest thing I heard was Joe asking Prince if he ever seen his dad without a shirt, and if he did if he had any marks on his arms. Of which Prince replied no.That is a very weird thing to ask a child IMO

I am disappointed that I missed the interview.
It would have allowed me to watch Mr. Jackson in action again. His appearances usually leave most viewers scratching their head. Plus it would have allowed me to watch Geraldo's body language and line of questioning.

For some unknown reason, Geraldo removed all traces of MJ from his website. Ironically, Geraldo made remarks about being punk'd not long after he reported on the balloon boy ordeal. Geraldo spoke passionately about how the person who punk'd him should have their children taken away just as he felt Balloon boy and his siblings should be removed from that home.

I presumed that Geraldo was referring to MJ as the one who punk'd him. I may have presumed wrong if he had Mr. Jackson on the program. However that still does not explain why an ardent supporter of MJ would strip all traces of him from the website. That mystery still remains.

Marks? Needle marks i.e. drug tracks? Is that what he was getting to when he asked the boy? That is the only conclusion that I can come up. He may have sought to get it out in the open that reports of a junkie MJ are... false.

If someone can find the interview on the web, please share....

To which question did he reply "no" to? no shirt or no marks? I agree with GirlSaturday here...only logical reason to ask that would be because of the alleged needle marks...

That is odd, was prince also on geralso?

He was quoting Prince, I checked the Geraldo site and couldn't find it, i'm not very knowledgable about this kinda stuff (not computer savy)

I just saw it..Geraldo, after saying nothing for over a month either wormed his way in on the hoax or was in on it and waited a few days before the movie comes out to speak up. Joe Jackson says the investigation is ongoing, his son was too frail to do the shows, that Prince told him his father had no needle marks on his arm except the place where the IV was inserted, that he tried to see Michael not long before the "death" and he knew he was going to "die" soon because he was too frail. Katherine did not speak nor did I see her, only Joe and Rev. Al.
IMO it's to perpetrate the hoax and make people believe he was too sick to perform. It goes with the "This Is Not It" campaign. Someone said Joe is the Brick man and he has a moral obligation to Michael and I believe this to be true. Yes, he did make a statement which he said "I'd rather see him alive than dead" an odd statement but we know how Joe is, I don't take anything he has to say seriously.

Yep, that's what he meant and I think that's the reason he said it too.

Why do you consider the statement to be odd?

This is yet another reason why I wish that I could have seen the interview. Sometimes the written word doesn't present the body language cues and voice tone that live speech provides. Ugggghh

It is kinda present tense speaking. Past tense as in too late he is gone would have sounded more like : I would've preffered to see him alive than dead. imo anyway

let me get this right:
There is a This Is Not It view of the events...
And a This Is It view of the events...
So this seems to be that two totally different ppl have died....?
