It was mayhem. For real. EVERYTHING was MJ. Mj this Mj that....it was awesome. Think of New Kids on the block but 100 times as chaotic. The guy knows how to promote himself and the world watched the whole time. We anticipated his next move with bated breath. He was EVERYWHERE. And I can tell you why he got the world watching.....its called Mystery. He described as being that you cant give the fans too much of you at one time or they get sick of you. You have to keep them wanting more. Give them a little more and pull back out of sight...so the next time you show yourself, its with a BANG.

I LOVE this commercial!! I remember taping it and watching it over and over and over when I was a little girl. I wanted that jacket so bad. Omg I was sooooo in love with MJ back then...he was seriously my first love. It drove me crazy that he only showed his handsome face for a couple seconds in his commercials. And like Jacksonologist said, it really was the most amazing time ever. Nothing's come even close in the 90's or 00's, and I somehow don't think anything ever will again. I still feel so lucky to be born when I was. MJ pretty much embodied my childhood and made it magic.
