Another thing I noticed in part 4 is that when talks about having met with Michael and Murray and talking about Michael's health, Frank said that Michael insured him that he wasn't losing any Sl... weight. I swear he almost said sleep instead of weight.

That one simple question should be soooo easy to ask.
Ohhh I would love to be a fly on the wall when the day comes that someone has the guts to ask it. The chance to watch the reaction i.e. body language and facial expression would be absolutely...priceless.

Not sure if this has been posted before but I was just watching a video on you tube with Frank DiLeo talking with Larry King. Very interesting what Frank says at around 6:10. "Michael is a very competitive person in everything he does" Present tense once again!! He also looked a little nervous after he had said it!

I'm not too sure that asking anyone about the hoax, nonetheless Janet, is a good idea. If this was truly planned by MJ then we should already know that they are not going to give us the answer we want. We should let Michael breathe and live in peace. If he ever does plan on returning, then he will do so when he thinks the time is right. Trying to expose him might not be the right thing to do. We have to think about why he did this in the first place.

I'm not too sure how I'm going to feel if Janet is asked this question and gets really angry. Or if she is hurt and begins to cry...

I agree with NYMoonwalker. We need to simmer. Putting people on the spot won't help anything. It may hurt somebody. That I would hate to see. I don't think many are in on this so it would be wise to not pressure anybody. I feel like he asked that in the film, let it simmer and bathe in the moonlight, maybe to let it soak in and be absorbed fully. It's not done and crunchy pasta is yucky.
Mainly I think pressuring anyone is going to be risky for all concerned.

And I think the questions in the interview are reviewed by both parties and, of course, they would want the interview to go on smoothly. The only hitch there is if the interviewer would go off the planned interview and ask the six million dollar questions wherein I watch how the guest would squirm and fidget on their seat.

Thank you. That's exactly what I mean. I think Michael was speaking directly to us in the film, when he looked in to the camera and asked us for patience and understanding and at the end when he said he was gonna breathe and do things in his own time. As much as I love him and I want to know he is ok, I try not to be too selfish because I know that this is something very serious. We can't rush him. We have to trust him & know that he knows exactly what he is doing. We should be happy we have this much evidence that leads us to one conclusion which is : He is alive and that is all we need to know

And you are right.. no one likes crunchy pasta

I agree with all of this. Michael is in control and he knows what he is doing. We have to trust that. Oh, and crunchy pasta is the worst!

Someone had mentioned Raymone Bains...and now Delio has taken her place on the board at Sony. I just wonder if that happened at the same time that Bains was suing MJ for $44 millon in May 2009.

He does seems a bit uncomfortable ! But it may just be because he said "he does" and maybe he thins MJ is really dead and he is just not used to use the past.

So it looks like rehiring Banca and co just before June 25th would have much bigger implications now in relation to administering the estate, catalogues in particular, rather than it had to do with O2 concert tour.

What i don't get, is:

Or that could mean that MJ was free agent starting from 2002 implying that he should have the masters over all the material released after 2002. Yet Sony held the rights for all the music recorded by him in collaboration with Sony prior 2002... and those right should reverse by 2011

There is a breakdown of the Sony deal somewhere on here and I cannot remember where it is-somebody posted it on another thread. Someting to do with "new" recordings and "old" recordings were still under Sonys control. I had the same questions-"why was he still with them"-the business stuff gets confusing.
