Michael Jackson never signed his will and the named executors have committed fraud, according to legal papers just filed by Joe Jackson.

MJ's
father cites a report first posted on TMZ -- that there was a clerical
mistake in the will ... the document indicates Jackson signed the will
was signed in L.A., yet he was in NYC on the day in question. We're
told the will was in fact signed in New York and the witnesses saw
Michael put pen to paper.

Now Joe Jackson claims John Branca and John McClain should be booted as administrator because they concealed what Joe calls a "fraud."

He's either in on the hoax and this is just a stall tactic, or he is not in on the hoax and he's just greedy...

But remember, hes also looking for an allowance from the estate, this is just his attemp to accuse them of fraud so the will can become null and void. Accusing someone of fraud is a serious thing, I think he is grabbing at whatever he can to get his greedy paws on the estate.

That could be true about him being greedy or Joe could be exposing the greed of people that MJ once trusted by catching them in fraud since the will may not be real after all.

I think Joe could be on the hoax but only if he can get a lot of money out of it

I agree that even if he is in on the hoax it's still about greed.

i would like to think its as stated above,joe is working with michael on finding out who can be trusted and who not,but,i was also thinking,perhaps this is michaels way of joe EARNING his paycheck from michael,who knows,this just keeps getting more confusing.

I think when Michael is alive, Joe is definitely involved in the hoax.

The latest report from TMZ includes this line, "The estate seems curiously supportive in giving Joe an allowance ... at least for the time being"
