I got "Interest Here To Resent" - for Insight's Anogram .... .

I got " Heliocentric Hate Then Sad " for JCC's Anogram .... .

I could be wrong don't know at all ... just guessing !

“Flowers” are also symbols of gifts, love or beauty.
To him that would be his children.
Or possibly us, his loving fans.
I take this line as meaning:

He misses his children.
Or(if the kids have indeed been in it with him)
He misses his fans.

I believe the OP is correct on the term DUMMY.
Alert also means “lively“, “wired” and “intelligent“.
Steel could be literal, a general term for METAL.
A lively or wired metal dummy=ANIMATRONIC
Rethink it. MJ’s obsession with Disneyland and Walt’s genius.
In 1983, he was in contact with the head Imagineers from Disneyland, as he wished to recreate some of the pirates from POTC in one of the rooms at Neverland. (source: Rollingstone Interview)
I believe he had them make one of him instead and it was used in the Leave Me Alone video.
It may have played a role in all of this.

If someone could find a larger, clearer picture of the original behind the scenes filming of Leave Me alone, perhaps we could get a clearer look at the fake Michael…
It looks like magazine scan, anyone happen to have that old magazine around??
In the meantime I will try to get some captures from the video which may help us.

I was bitten by the acting
bug during that experience. I said to myself, this is what I'm interested in
doing when I have a chance - this is it. When you make a film, you're
capturing something elusive and you're stopping time. The people, their
performances, the story become a thing that can be shared by people all over
the world for generations and generations. Imagine never having seen
Captains Courageous or To Kill a Mockingbird ! Making movies is exciting
work. It's such a team effort and it's also a lot of fun. Someday soon I
plan to devote a lot of my time to making films.
