i work for the NHS in the UK.. an they have data protection acts etc..
you cannot discuss patients to anyone!!

famous or not is a strict policy.. there would be so many laws broken if you
was to do so..

so this is probably why everything is being kept quiet!! if the laws are the same
in the US.. which i imagine they would be..

I think the bigger question is not whether Michael was ever at UCLA on 06.25, but WHY no one from the staff has come forward to talk about what they saw/heard that day. UCLA June 25 Witness Report - Page 2 Suspect

You guys have seen hospital ER's, right?? Even on a slow day, it is pandemonium w/ all the nurses, doctors and other staff. Can you even imagine what it was like on this day?? Also, I find it extremely comical that no one (outside of our community) questions that Jerkmaine made the announcement rather than the attending doctor (who would have called the time of death, btw). There has not been ONE public statement from any official UCLA source. Not one! Shamone!

You know I was wondering one time...you know we have all analyzed the chopper vid with the body moving..and of course the body being loaded into the chopper and off the chopper with the black belts off and a significanly thinner body(if one at all) being loaded onto an ambulance. I had thought (much to my disdain) that maybe that whole scene was a decoy-for security maybe? I dunno-guess I was trying to debunk my own faith there-expect the worst and hope for the best. Not my intention thats just what I thought-but then it occured to me that IF that were the case then why take the fake body off the board right? Why not leave them belts on?

Well, ok but sometimes people are being corrupted ! (i'm not saying you are) and usually we know things about famous people because there is so many money on the table..

The one UCLA article regarding Michael that I could find on their site, the one official press release, very clearly points out that JERMAINE made the statement.

I maybe be wrong, of course, care to give me the link to the one you've found?

There is a post somewhere with regard to the chopper...it was at some airshow in TX, I think, and when the poster took a closer look at it, the chopper that the pilot claimed to have been the one that transported MJ obviously was not because the serial number on its side was totally different than the one that was shown on the news reports.

EXACTLY my point.
Every news story I've ever seen involving a death, famous or not, had a hospital official making the statements to the press outside the hospital.
I find the handling of Michael's death VERY odd and unprofessional.

Not just employees though. Have you been to an ER, especially in California?
TONS of people everywhere, patients, their families/friends...there are so many people that were bound to notice SOMETHING. Even if not the body, they would have mentioned that they saw/heard the pandamonium of doctors rushing to assist one specific person, at the same moment MJ was in there....someone would've put two and two together and would've talked, told a friend,etc....
I know I've heard and seen ALOT while in the ER myself, as a patient.

Oh, sure, we have HIPAA privacy laws here as well, but a simple acknowledgment of what we are already being told - that Michael Jackson was actually IN the ER that day - is not a violation. Further, it goes against human nature that not one person working in that ER confided into a friend or relative that, yes, Michael was there and I saw him, or something to that effect. Odds are that at least one of those people would tell someone else. Stuff like this just gets out. I know for an absolute fact that if I were working that day, I would have been on the phone w/ my mom in a nanosecond and that isn't wrong, it's just human. What is ODD is that not one person did that.

I agree! The notice I saw from UCLA was simply a blurb in a campus news publication and clearly stated that Jermaine made the announcement. No mention of the treating physician. Now, isn't that strange in and of itself?? It's a campus newsletter, so wouldn't they automatically include the name of the person who worked on Michael?

Yes, they are called HIPAA laws. Wether the person is dead or alive you cannot by law discuss this persons medical history. Dr Klien broke many laws in the TMZ interview.

I used to be a nurse and worked in the ER. When a patient arrived with cardiac arrest/heart attack, all attention goes to that heart patient. So, there are a lot of people involved in that situation. Now, when a patient dies, it is the ER doctor who informs the family--NOT THE NURSE--as was described by Dileo on Larry King. UCLA June 25 Witness Report - Page 2 Icon_lol

well the story lines don't add up.. the airport closed before he was pronounced dead.. he was seen at the hospital. two choppers... and the next day some ppl believe he is in the back of a car together with two of his brothers..(you tube video, and i can't find it anymore Crying or Very sad

)
all those different places at almost the same time... i believe he had allot of help in case the hoax dident work he wanted to be sure that the media couldn't follow him.. he did all this to be sure to escape. and all those events taking place at the same time is all part of one big plan.

i am 100% convinced that he is alive and hiding somewhere. but how he left his house and when is a big mystery to me. all i know is that the footage of the ambulance was shoot on a Wednesday because of the trashcans on the side of the road.

No it was on Thursday. I was there.
The trashcans were emptied the day prior, while I was also there. There were lots of fans a paparazzi there the day before, all day and night, it was definitely not filmed then.
Those trash cans out were empty but still there the next day and the day after.

There is a message of thanks from MJ's family in the news section for that day on UCLA Medical Center's website. That's all I have seen.

No it was on Thursday. I was there.

Sadly, it was my first time waiting outside his home and I still never got a chance to meet him... Crying or Very sad

According to the photographers there, it was normal, maybe a few more people than usual, but still it was the normal thing to do.

The many StarLine Tour buses that passed by, I believe every half hour, were full of people, many took pictures of the house AND all the people waiting out there. I have been searching every day, hoping someone posted something. I feel I need proof I was there, as well as all the others that were there. It'd also be a nice reference of the very narrow street and how the cars parked on it.
There are so many rumors and false conclusions that people come to, I know it's because they are far away and don't know or understand having not been there, nor ever been there, but it gets very frustrating at times.

I was sitting in my car with my kids all day. I have photos of the house, a few fans approaching it, but none of the cars and people, since I was in my car. I SHOULD have gotten out and took photos of everything, had I known what was to happen I would have. Crying or Very sad

The day of the "death" there was a firetruck and NO cars, like everyone had been shooed away. I parked in back because of this. I believe it was right after they "took" him, since it was empty, they likely all followed the ambulance. I was very confused as to why it was empty and there was a firetruck. I waited about an 30-45 minutes then left, thinking we'd try later when there were more fans. As I drove away, I heard the news on the radio.

I will upload what I do have, if you'd like.

Many houses still had trashcans out. Employees would come throw trash out outside at the curb. I don't know if it is always like that on that street. Maybe rich people don't like trashcans in their yard, or near the house? LOL

I would be quite interested about what happenend with the other helicopter, the one, that was ready to start....Maybe MJ got out of the UCLA and ran to the other helicopter when the camera was focused on the dead body?? Just a thought

But on the other hand that would be risky right, if any of the news choppers were to zoom out then they would have got him going to the other chopper. And then on yet another hand they could have just whisked him away later once the news choppers had left...

freeze the vid at 20- 21 sec the guy holding the door he stays pretty much in the rear after that but you can still see him IMO

The name of the girl is Heather. I was hesitant of putting the link because I know they're watching our forum and I worry that they(manipulators) might take it down,too. YT vids are being pulled down and I know this is very important. And when I tried to check out the link again, I couldn't get in for a while and said that they're under maintenance(!?!?)

Thome Thome wasn't accompanying "the body" to the chopper. He is nowhere to be seen in that video.

freeze the vid at 20- 21 sec the guy holding the door he stays pretty much in the rear after that but you can still see him IMO

Does anybody else see thome thome??

I watched the vid a few times now, and that does look like Tohme Tohme to me. They have the same build, for sure.

Definitely looks like Tohme to me. I wonder who the guy in the black sweatshirt is behind him? I'm sure it is too hot in CA to be wearing long sleeves at the end of June. It also looks like he could be wearing a toboggan but I can't be sure. Then again, maybe I am just seeing things.

edit** not really behind but beside, and wearing the light colored pants. I'm pretty sure that the ones in the dark pants are the cops.

I always thought that would be the case. I didn't think he would pretend to be dead because the body twitches when you are trying real hard haha. I thought there would be a decoy but how would they get one so soon?! planned??? Wink
