Problems with new site

Hello to Admin, I just wanted to ask some questions about the site since you changed it a few days ago. I am in Canada and I believe you are in Europe? This may be some of reasons why I am having some probelms.

I thought you should know that even when I am NOT logged in I can see the member lists and not sure that is a good thing?

Also I have lost the heading picture that used to be here with the Mj feet and nice face and the title of the forum.

I have also lost all of the things that used to be on the right of the screen except for the latest topic flow thingy.

Like I said it may just be because I am at the other side of thre world but the looking at members bothered me when I was not logged in.

I aslo have lost the abilty to go back to where I was with the buttons on the top of the page. I alwasy have to go to the home button if I want to go back to a main topic. Does that make sense?

Sorry to bother you all but just was concerned by the member list and I aslo saw that I could go into chat and post in topics even when not logged in. Perhaps the site is keeping me logged and I can't get out?? Don't know a whole lots about computers so thanks for your time

I'm in the U.S. and all those things apply to me too. I can't view subforums anymore either.

Me no likes the new forum..............PLEASE bring back the old one!! It was MUCH easier to navigate!! I find it hard now to keep up with the latest posts and I have to click alot more!!!

I like it a lot! The scroll bar is a good thing!

I much prefer the old format. It was easier to navigate, and now with the additional scroll bar I am unable to read the entire page. It cuts off!

Why the change?

Hey guys,

For those that have their screen on a lower resolution and have problems with the scroll bars (has also to do with the avaters and signatures that are too big) you can also click the forum in a full screen version. Just right-click on 'home' and open in new tab or window.

Okay, my question may be really stupid but do you have a "First Unread Post" choice? I waste alot of time going through each thread finding where I left off the day before.

I am finding my computer freezing a lot lately when I'm on here. Not sure if it's because of the new site, or if it's all the videos as signatures. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, is it possible to add a home icon at the bottom of the pages like before?

2 things..

1. Is it possible to make it so that when we press refresh it keeps it on the same forum page you were just viewing? When I hit refresh it goes back to the beginning and I have to go find the thread again...

2. When I scroll down, the banner is always at the top and it makes it so I can read less on a page - which is sort of irritating..

I don´t know why, but when I click refresh, I´m on the same page I used to be.

I can see the forum in two layouts - the old one under https://mjkit.forumotion.net
and the new one under
http://www.michaeljacksonhoaxforum.com/

I like the old format better and there are still all subforums available.
The new address will provide more freedom as to adding articles etc. though.
I am kind of oldfashioned - the orange is a little sting to my eyes...

I have changed nothing on the forum, it's only included. I myself have no freezing problems, that could indeed happen when signatures are too big.
I hope the problem will be gone after everyone has resized their sigs, otherwise I'm afraid I have to disable the signatures.

The refresh button on the new website doesn't work indeed. Again: that is because we had to include the forumotionboard into the site so no posts would be deleted.

I will discuss with Mo the options for the forum and the way it can be displayed, we are still working on it.
