MJ looks great to me. He is a grown man and can do whatever he wants with is body. Even in the ole' days he was always been thin. He doesn't look sick or anything in my opinion. He just looks like an older MJ. The female in the pic is attractive (stylist or fan). MJ is rich and can have whomever he desires. Keep the Faith!
