this is the document about mj investigations by police.
it explains what happened on 25 june and the interview with dr. murray.
the strange thing in my opinion is : how can tmz have these documents ? aren't they secret? it's an investigation why they give them to tmz ???

when you make such document you have to write the first name the last name the birth date and the adress of all the persons inside the case.
