As an aside, Propofol is an anesthetic only. It couldn't have given Michael REM sleep no matter how much he had been given. For more details, see Annie's previous thread re Propofol.

Haven't we already learned that propofol leaves the body very quickly and is hard to trace EXCEPT in large doses? Therefore, if Michael had indeed been dead for hours before getting to the hospital high levels of propofol should not have been traceable.

Why, oh why, would you send for a 12 year old as stated that Dr. Murray called to Prince for help? That makes absolutely no sense to me. Would you really call for the help of a child when there are adult staff in the vicinity?

Also, back on the propofol subject, weren't we told that they had found 8 bottles but that it had not been stored correctly? It is supposed to be refrigerated and the bottles that they found were not. I can not see Michael allowing this not to be stored properly and then used. If he did indeed know what he wanted, as they tell us, then he would have known that the stuff had to kept at a certain temp IMO and then today we learn that they found a bottle in Dr. Murray's bag and have learned that he purchased it legally from a Las Vegas pharmacy. I am not sure on this but I don't think that is something that you can just go to a pharmacy and purchase. I know when this first started they were searching for the distributors to figure out which clinics they had shipped which bottles to.

One more thing and correct me if I am wrong, but were we not told during the time of these searches that Murray was NOT a suspect but that they were just looking to consult with him as to what had happened in Michael's final hours and to find out what doctors he was obtaining medications from?

I am so confused, but now that the coroner's office has denied releasing any information I am again thinking this is a hoax. I had a major upset earlier but now I think I am starting to see things clearly again.

We still don't know for sure.
The affidavit made public today is just what the police told the judge in order to get a warrant.
It's not a transcript of Dr. Murray's testimony and it's not a transcript of the toxicology report.

Maybe they are feeling the heat from us believers and releasing this info prematurely to kind of throw us off.....maybe to tell us to back off???

I'm really concerned for you. Please take this in the spirit it is meant and not as a personal dig at you. This hoax investigation stuff might not be healthy for you. Did you know MJ personally? Even if you did, I've never seen anyone react to a death this way in my life. I didn't react this way when my grandparents died. I know you say you are getting some therapy/help, but I really worry about you. And I don't mean that in a mean way. I mean genuinely. You seem a big stressed and emotionally unstable over this whole thing. The tiniest bit of bad news or potential bad news completely screws your body up, and I wonder if it's healthy for you to be here. Sorry. I hope that came out the way it was intended but posts like this of yours really freak me out a little.

There is a part of me that thinks you should go, deal with the grief and move on. But then if MJ is alive and comes back, I worry about how THAT will affect you. Please, you have GOT to get your emotions under control. I've never seen someone react like this to something like this before and it worries me.
