BBC Reporting that the "DEATH" ruled HOMICIDE but Dr. MURRAY IS NOT A SUSPECT?

So we get the press release. Its death by homicide. The only person with Michael is Dr. Murray. The only person who admitted to injecting Michael with the Propofol is Dr. Murray.

so the only person, who saw MJ alive (and have admitted to giving MJ drugs) is not a suspect?

How can MJ's "death" be ruled as a homicide, if they dont think that the ONLY person, who was with MJ at the time he went into "cardiac arrest" killed him, then who could possibly have "killed" him? Murray, the chief, bodyguards - all have been like "NO ONE BUT MURRAY WAS ALOWED IN THAT BEDROOM" - so if Murray is not a suspect, how can the "death" be ruled as a homicide?

am i the only one, who finds the timing of this weird? This "murray is not a suspect" article is released like minutes after the "official" cause of death and homicide letter is released?
