Dr. Conrad Murray's Lawyer Responds to Jackson Homicide Claim

The attorney for Dr. Conrad Murray is responding to the Houston search
warrant affidavit released to the public Monday, as well as the news that a
source claimed that Michael Jackson's death will be ruled a
homicide.
The source, who told the Associated Press that a combination of
sedatives caused Jackson's death on June 25, spoke anonymously Monday pending
the official release of the coroner's report.
on a statement to ET, Murray's attorney, Edward Chernoff, says, "Much of what
was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is
police theory. Most egregiously, the timeline reported by law enforcement was
not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray, as was implied by the
affidavit. Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael
Jackson at 11:00 am not breathing. He also never said that he waited a mere ten
minutes before leaving to make several phone calls. In fact, Dr. Murray never
said that he left Michael Jackson's room to make phone calls at all."




Chernoff goes on to say that he and his client will not address the
statements of anonymous news sources, adding that when the report is officially
released, they will respond to the findings.
"We will not comment on the 'anonymous' law enforcement source that claims
that Michael Jackson's death will be ruled a homicide," Chernoff says in the
statement. "Most of the reports by 'anonymous' sources have been proven wrong.
We will be happy to address the Coroner's report when it is officially
released."
A homicide means that a victim died at the hands of someone other than
themselves, though it does not necessarily implicate criminal wrongdoing. Here is the link to th article

Maybe Im making too much but is this not what MJ always said not to go based on what the media writes or tells us when their sources are of an unknown nature??? Not sure if Im making my point with this sp please let me know what you think?

thanks for this! when i got home today, after being away for a few days my dad said that they charged the doctor and ruled it as a homicide. i already knew it wasnt true!!

I doubt there will ever be an "official" statement released on this. After all why were we told two weeks ago that the autopsy report was to be held indefintley?!

I just thought that since some of us think MJ to be Murray after that video I posted from youtube maybe this is why the Dr. is refusing to make statements based on what "unofficial/unknown sources" have said! Sorry If I've confused you guys but I am a mess and I think I just confused myself
