Dr. Conrad Murray Responds to Jackson Homicide Claim

The attorney for Dr. Conrad Murray is responding to the Houston search warrant affidavit released today as well as the news that a source claimed that Michael Jackson's death will be ruled a homicide.

In a statement to ET, Murray's attorney, Edward Chernoff, says, "Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is police theory. Most egregiously, the timeline reported by law enforcement was not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray, as was implied by the affidavit. Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11:00 am not breathing. He also never said that he waited a mere ten minutes before leaving to make several phone calls. In fact, Dr. Murray never said that he left Michael Jackson's room to make phone calls at all.

"We will not comment on the 'anonymous' law enforcement source that claims that Michael Jackson's death will be ruled a homicide. Most of the reports by 'anonymous' sources have been proven wrong. We will be happy to address the Coroner's report when it is officially released."

So the timeline is police "theory" and the homicide charge ain't guaranteed. Surprise, surprise! (If Chernoff knows what he's talking about and is telling the truth.)

On a more serious note, I'm inclined to believe that the timeline / dosages are mostly theory / guess.

Why do I say this?
Because I've researching on those drugs and the dosages that allegedly Dr. Murray gave MJ are exactly the amounts officially suggested as a general guideline.

So, it's either police guess work or Dr. Murray 'confession' trying to pass as a competent doctor (after all, he had 30 hours to prepare his testimony).

Great spot! I never noticed that before. He certainly did have a lot of time to study up on what he needed to know. Even if he didn't figure this out at first, he wasn't an offical suspect but just a witness and a person of interest so it's highly unlikely he would have been asked these questions at the beginning of the "investigation".

can someone explain to me why michael jackson is showing on the social security death index.. this is not good news for him to be there. apparently he has been there since 27th july. i need someone to explain this as i was told it would only be there if it was real. help im osing hope.
