There were cameras shooting everything at the after-party for Michael Jackson's burial -- and we're told the whole thing could end up on A&E.

Sources tell TMZfootage
from inside the party -- as well as the funeral itself -- will be used
for an A&E special, plus a DVD at a later date.

Don't expect to see Joe or Katherine Jackson, Michael's three children or Elizabeth Taylor in the footage though -- we're told none of them went to the restaurant after the burial.

A few other random tidbits about the affair: Rat Pack music played all night, "Casablanca"
was projected onto the walls, the brothers talked about a reunion tour
-- and Janet seemed the most grief stricken of the group.

Why keep it secret and the sell it? To make money of course. It's all about the $. The family certainly isn't going to get anything from Janet. The kids money is in a trust. They must make money somehow. Not much of the world saw the funeral. It will sell and they will make bundles. But it's all about business. The business of making money off of MJ. Keep the Faith!

so i guess this explains why it was so abruptly cut off from the live streams...so they could sell it for money. i don't know that i'll buy it once it comes out tho...

I don't know if it's true or not, but we all know the cameras were there. I also read soemthing about it being on the show the Jackson Brothers are doing, so maybe that is why A&E is mentioned because they are airing the Jackson show.

I don't understand if the funeral was suppose to be super private and couldn't be aired while going on, it suddenly becomes unprivate and ok or a tv special and dvd. If this is true, it's a shame that the family appears to be cashing in on Michael. OR we could look at it as the family's way to squash the hoax theory. Sell the dvd to the fans as prove he is dead, since many of us are not convinced what what was done last night. IDK, just a thought.

Thanks for sharing that. I didn't know that. I have never watched Casablanca. Makes it even more interesting that TMZ slipped us this 'random tidbit' (as they called it) of Casablanca being projected on the wall.

That is exactly how I feel. I need him to be alive because it would be the most tragic thing ever if this is their way of paying their respects and remembering him. That would mean that Michael even in death can't be free from the greed of his family. Just sad.

agreed. I have never seen Casablanca, but Give.In.To.Me pointed out that it was interesting since the faked death and all and of course TMZ gave us this.

This is only to be expected. We all knew it would happen as soon as we heard about the hired production crew and the night-before "dress rehearsal," and the moment we experienced the irritating cut feed at the "burial ceremony" after the (empty) casket arrived. I'll be damned if I'm going to use money out of my own pocket to buy any merchandise related to this circus, though.

Don't expect to see Joe or Katherine Jackson, Michael's three children or Elizabeth Taylor in the footage though -- we're told none of them went to the restaurant after the burial.

Classy, and I'm not being sarcastic in the least. Maybe they went to visit Michael, wherever he was during the show.

You know i keep thinking that MJ is putting one over on his family in the sense he wants to see how far they are going to take their greed.

Seriously a reunion tour? Who is going to go to see that? Now if Janet was going on tour for sure, but them? I don't think so.

I think Michael has something up his sleeve planned for his family and it may not be good for them. I am not sure if i am expressing this right or not but there is a feeling i keep getting when it concerns mj's family and it is not good at all. I don;t get those vibes from janet, rebbie or the mom but the rest leaves me going wtf.

I for one was appalled when I saw the news that the family was going to court 2 days before the last funeral to petition the courts to ask that the estate pay for this whole shibang. If this was planned why wait until 2 days before to get the money??

I think it was very disturbing that they would do this 2 days before and that they needed the estate to pay for thier 26 limos and fancy doughnuts. I mean really !!! That is shameful and they ought to be hanging their heads.

I have to say this also. It is my observation that poor Mama Jackson has to support all of Michael's siblings ( other than Janet and Rebbie) so no wonder she looks upset as she tries to figure out how to get enough money now to Run Havenhurst and ALLLLLLL of the clan who live there. They used to rely on Michael but now have to rely on Mama Jackson. What a burden Sad

Katherine may have had done all her grieving in private and has to put on a strong front with all that has to be done in the meantime.

Sometimes you need a distraction from what is happening right now. My mom has always said it is the hardest thing to bury your own child. You as the parent are suppose to go first. Not the other way around.

The other thing is that sometimes the death does not really hit you until you put that person in the ground. Then you know it is final and that you will never see the person again.

In the last several years we had to bury several family members and it has been hard. I know for myself that I was alright while they were still above ground but once they put that casket into the ground I completely lost it.

So i can understand Katherine that she is looking at her son one last time and that this is it. her baby is not on this earth anymore.

Now i am not saying i believe he is dead becasue he isn't but for the sake of arguemnet this is how i viewed that picture of her.

Oh and by the way I do agree with you about losing loved ones. I have lost a mother but a funeral or memorial did not make it more real for me .. what made it the most real was holding her lifeless hand in mine the night she died. But I certainly do understand your point. We all feel the reality in different ways

I cannot help but have odd feelings since I heard that Michael Jackson passed and I cannot explain why but it is nice to know others feel the same way.
