It actually has a picture of the INSIDE of the courtroom! LOL
I still don't understand why we only saw bored reporters at the hearing last monday....

MAybe because there wasn't one? Remeber we didn't get to see any of the people who were suppossed to be there...just a court guy that came outside in the end and told us what we already knew....If the TMz people did see the family, since they reported how everyone was dressed, how come they didnt film it or take pics???Did they run out of batteries??

So, no pics at all of them arriving or leaving the courtroom? That's unheard of with something like this. Especially if it has to do with Mihcael.

Well, that's just crazy!!! TMZ can get whatever they need, but they couldnt get pictures! Fishy, Fishy, Fishy!!!

Has anyone considered the possibility that because it is a family court case relating to children it would not necessarily be broadcast nor would pictures be taken?
I know things are done differently between the UK and US, but over here in family hearings the courtrooms are sealed so spectators cannot go into the gallery and watch proceedings. This is to protect the children (if any) and the families.
This may have happened because of the sensitive nature of the case, not to mention the high profile of the individuals involved.

On a side note. In the UK cameras, telephones/mobiles, or even iPods are not allowed into courtrooms, and in some courts mobile phones are only allowed if switched off completely. Security is strict especially in the Old Bailey where mobiles aren't even allowed in the building, you have to go through security arches, you have bag searches, wands, frisking etc. It's completely beyond me how reporters can take pictures inside courts while proceedings take place.
