Post by ballongiraf Fri Sep 04, 2009 2:20 am

Instead of posting findings and weird stuff about the funeral in 23987238 threads, I thought it’d be a good thing to compile all our findings in 1 thread.

So, here’s what I find weird about that burial/creepy party

1:Ok, so they've been telling everybody and their momma how "this is a private thing" only for the closest family and closest friends. Closest friends? Some of those celebs there.... dont try to tell me they were close friends with MJ? Come on now.... MJ and Corey Feldman were the best buddies after all the crap Feldman has said? Gee... who would've known...?

Also, when watching the youtube videos, i get the feeling that the "burial" was set up purposely for a production. With all the tv cameras there, the lights set in certain angles - there's no way in h*ll this was done just for the service. If it was just for the service, who would've bothered to make sure the lights were right on the flower arrangements? Seriously? If he truly is gone, who would be bothered with correct angles on some damn flowers?
Did you guys also notice the camera in mid-air? Why the need for that, if all they were gonna show us was the guests arriving? Nope, i dont buy it. That "burial" was purposely set up for a recording (and it's not surprise to us that the jacksons had hired a production crew). IMO, the purpose of the burial was:
1: to shut us up and provide "evidence" that the burial had taken place
2: to record a "burial" scene for the movie.

2: did you notice that ALL the pics of MJ at the funeral (also the ones on the programs) were from "liberian girl"? They also used "liberian girl" pics at the memorial (and on the memorial program, if my memory is correct). What did MJ do in "liberian girl"? He DIRECTED THE MOVIE BEHIND THE SCENES, ONLY TO SHOW UP AND SAY "HOWDY" IN THE END

3:they also used a "liberian girl" pic in the funeral invitation.
Why only pics from that video? I mean, out of the 1 billion pics we have of MJ, why ONLY pics from that one movie? Yeah banessa, i do think that's a big clue

4: how come no media followed the family et al to the restaurant?

Surprised

Yep! all the pictures that have been used are all of a younger MJ! Why not use a more recent picture in correlation with the other ones!

Also as I stated before the Jacksons don't do anything w/out a reason and they are for sure on top of the game as much as it may seem there not!
ShirleyGrace mentioned Joe's necklace as well hummm!

The whole using a production crew and that RV at the end was just a big stage for a movie scene! MJ was in the RV calling all the shots as he was in the LIberian girl video hiding behind the camera!

To me this burial just made me open my eyes and believe 100% w/out a doubt it was all a sham! To be included in the movie! If I ever had a small doubt that MJ was gone this put me on the 100% he is alive theory! Wink

I agree with human nature, I'm a mother too and she really doesn't look like she is faking it, I think I'm giving up hope that he is alive. Imo the whole over the topness of the funeral is very typical of the Jacksons Crying or Very sad

Katherine surely does look sad in the picture and I can only imagine what is going through her mind, but being 100% honest, her sadness doesn't make me believe Michael is dead. I mean no respect, but she could be thinking how sad that Michael had to fake his death or she could be worrying about him if he is in protective custody. It could be for a number of reasons other than the burial.

After all the time that has passed since June 25th, after all the delays, after all the speculation about where the burial would be, WHY were the Jacksons late and not just a little bit late but an hour and 10 minutes late. The invite said 7pm promptly, yet the Jacksons couldn't even get there on time.

found this on MJHD:

“In this handout photo provided by Harrison Funk/The Jackson Family,[...]Michael Jackson's funeral service held at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Sept.3, 2009 in Glendale, California.”

and also that:

“This still image from video released by the Jackson family shows…”

Wasnt the video alive from CNN? What does it means?

And please help me on that strange thing. Below this image are given time and date of publication (http://news.yahoo.com/nphotos/…..f45eab5be0)

I agree! I am not a mom! I don't have any children BUT...If I did, I would do anything and I mean anything for my child! And if my child said he needed my help looking sad (because remember we don't know 100% why the hoax) I would be the saddest looking mother in the world! I would be crying I would even be hyperventilating to make it it look real! Anything for my child! That's my opinion! Noticed the crown on top of the coffin? The children placed it there! I think he was crowned by his children as the "King of Entertainment" right before our eyes! Another clue IMO

Haha! and the pictures are starting to come out! Very Happy

I am a mother as well and understand how you feel. I'm going to share a little something here with you all.

Seven years ago, I had to watch my mom bury her oldest son, my brother. He was only 26 and died in a horriffic car accident. No one was allowed to indentify him, the police used his id. No one in the family went to claim the body, again done by id. They couldn't even embalm him, due to the damage of his body. My mom to this day still hasn't told me all the details, but I know enough to know that there was very little left to bury. I am sharing this with you only because I have never seen my mom so strong. She herself shed very few tears at the viewing and the burial. For obvious reasons the burial happened 4 days after he died (he died in the middle of the night).

After watching Katherine, I just don't get the vibe from her that I did when we buried my brother. IDK how to explain it. Yes she has pain in her eyes, but to me it just seems different.

i very much agree with that.
As i said, Katherine is the only one, who's emotional (as in, tears). Of course she could be deeply sad that her son is gone (if that's what happened) - BUT imagine, like banessa said, if you knew your child was off somewhere and you didnt know what was happening to him. Would you be a happy person?
Also, even though she knows it's a hoax, seeing MJ's coffin in front of her, and attending her son's funeral must be emotional for her, hoax or not.

I am sincerely sorry about your brother! I know it must have been tough on your mother. Thank you for sharing this with us!

I think mothers are just amazing you guys are able to pull together in any circumstance specially when is your baby who needs you to be there for them!

I agree both with you and Ballon in the sense that she looked sad but it wasn't the kind of sad that you can feel from someone who is mourning (Im sorry I don't mean to sound cynical but I don't know how else to say it). She does seem worried though!

Imagine this hoax was to protect his life and she is there sitting in front of coffin which prety much could have been his it would have some effect on her.

Like ballon said just that fact that you are there pretending hoax or no hoax to be buring one of children it would bring up some mixed emotions in any mother and make them possibly think what if?... I know I would probably be emotional too just being there having to pretend! But then again I am a softy and I cry over anything lol...

okay my thoughts about it...
i was listening to the german TV guys talking while the camera suddenly stopped showing the burial and one of them said that he thought it would happen because he is sure that it will be published on some DVD as MJ tribute very soon so family can make even more money.
I dont know about DVD but i also have to agree that it is very strange, how perfect everything was- light, make up, face expressions
I share the thought with you guys- why not to put recent MJ picture on the program? but no, it was the one from Liberian Girl
Actually while they were showing kathrine and Liz their face expressions were not sad to me...at some moment Kathrine looked concerned and Liz scared- to me at least. So the question is- why would you look concerned or scared at some funeral..why not sad?
On the other hand Mac was quite happy while he was sitting and talking to his girlfriend..

i think that the biggest clue was that they did not show the burial- we do not know exactly what they were talking or what happend- who knows maybe they used it as possibility to make an announcement- because all important people and family where together..

i know the coffin looks a bit different but its also a differnt lightning so i am not sure

i dont mean to sound rude (and i truly apologize if i sound rude -not my intention)

BUT i cant help but find it weird how many people here are loosing hope because of ONE pic of Katherine crying.
I mean, we've seen pics of his coffin TWICE - that didnt convince you. We've heard about autopsies - that didn't convince you. We've heard details about drug abuse - didn't convince you. We've been through a memorial in july (where we also saw a sad Katherine) - didn't convince you. Yesterday/today (depending on where you live) we witnessed a burial staged for a video production, and ONE pic from that production suddenly convinces you that MJ is in fact gone?
I understand that people are emotional, and that the past +2 months have been like an emotional rollercoaster. I also understand that people sometimes need to let out their frustrations. BUT please! Before you let that ONE pic disencourage you - stop and THINK!

they had a REHEARSAL yesterday. Let me repeat that: R-E-H-E-A-R-S-A-L. Have you seen how the rest of the family and his friends looked? Have you seen the footage of prince and paris? They look bored/indifferent. Out of all the 150 people, who attended, the only people we see crying is : liz taylor and MJ's mom. Those 2 pics were released for a reason. To make the hoax seem real. So many people (not just us) have questioned why Liz weren't present at the memorial; and now we have a pic of her crying at the funeral. Again, there's a reason that exact pic is released.

It's so easy to fall for what the media shows us and tells us. But PLEASE guys: think before you fall for their tricks. Again, ask youself the question: why out of all the 150 people there, was katherine and liz the only ones crying (and the only ones we got pics of)

let me repeat myself once more: they were REHEARSING this yesterday.....

i was listening to the german TV guys talking while the camera suddenly stopped showing the burial and one of them said that he thought it would happen because he is sure that it will be published on some DVD as MJ tribute very soon so family can make even more money.

My hubby said that he thought the family would sell dvds of the funeral. He thinks thats why it was done like it was, to get the fans to buy it.

I agree we have no idea what happened once the feed cut out. According to Anderson Cooper, the feed CNN had in the air was shaky and kept going out..oh really cause they never had practice hovering over soemthing before Rolling Eyes.

they had a REHEARSAL yesterday.

You don't sound rude at all. I think you put into words beautifully. I agree 100% with what you said and what my sleep deprived brain could not. Thank You.

I have a question though--what were they doing yesterday? I didn't quite get what you were saying. Razz Razz Razz lol! (sorry couldn't resist. R-E-H-E-A-R-S-I-N-G!

Exactly! Ballon Why released those two pictures? Because they knew it would convince people! The dress rehearsal alone...When have any of us witnessed or even been invited to a rehearsal before a burial? I haven't!

I agree with Ballon don't let those pictures get to you! We have been through far worst if you ask me to let these images convince us that MJ is gone! NOPE! not me! I am not buying it! They had time yesterday to play out everything to perfection!
Like I stated before and so has Ballon Katherine and Liz are very close to MJ so it is obvious they would do anything for him! Even look worried because I agree with nlb they didn't look sad! at least the emotions werent felt as you do when others are mourning a loved one! Again, not trying to be cynical but I didn't buy their sad faces! Reality is that MJ is alive!!! Wink

thanks guys. I added the "rude" part because english is not my first language, and i might use the wrong words, or phrase myself wrongly.

Anyway, i think some people need to understand the definition of a hoax:
it's to convince someone that you're dead.

How can MJ convince people he's dead if there's no burial and no sad faces?

I kinda knew it was a production .... I freaked out the first time I watch it ... it was believable & moving & I was about to faint .... I thinking maybe he is really gone .... but I realized something(s) - The crowd was too calm - the celeb friends looked too happy & the "This Is It" dancers were ushers & the pictures of M.J. - His "Liberian Girl " look nothing modern of him of this time & The Live Feed faded out quickly & The Lighting was perfect on the coffin like a set or scene for something .... & a man's shadow image in a Rolls Royce Phantom (Look Like M.J.)- (Thanxs 2 Liberian.Girl. for showing the picture 2 me ...) I think this for a scene ...

That sums it up right there. This needed to be done. It changes nothing. Nothing still makes sense in all of this. This burial proved nothing, well maybe it proved the family learned their lesson after the memorial. They kept their mouths shut this time.

I'm a little tired of the lies that the Jackson family feeds to the media. I'm sorry but Marlon ran his mouth about Michael new wig, and the fabulous make up artist - why? was that necessary?

How much you want to bet that on the DVD version there will be some extra scenes with an open casket somewhere of the wax figure. That will really be the final straw for me. It is one thing for them to go along with the "Hoax" if necessary, another thing to manipulate the millions of fans who unlike US believe everything they hear and see.

Also, the burial service was scheduled for 7:00 pm, on the 70th day after death, on the night of a full moon with the same Liberian girl pictures! I happen to think Michael looks adorable in those pictures BUT there are many others that I love better, and I just think it is weird to use the same pictures again.

Katherine's tears - If this is real, then to be honest with you - I would expect alot more crying that she did, but if it is real it is understandable she is upset. However, I am a Mom, and I just cant even imagine God forbid having to go through that so I dont want to say too much against Katherine at this time. We will see.

I am wondering why on earth the family was almost an hour and 15 minutes late, why why why? Why did they lie and say it was going to be an intimate gathering with NO MEDIA allowed? Then we see that there is a camera capturing everying thing. Another lie.

And I dont Anderson Coopers excuse for a second. Give me a break - what a convienent moment for there to be a disruption of the live feed. Whatever.

I'm not sure about the casket. It could just be lighting and angles. The lights in the Staple Center were brighter and in an enclosed space. The picture for the burial, the lights not so bright and an outside. IDK though just my opinion.

because he and the family knew that talking about the funeral in that way would give them media attention. Imagine if he had said "yeah, we'll allow the media to have live feed while the guests arrive, but as soon as the hearse comes, it'll be closed. Not public viewing from there on" - how much media do you think would've bothered to go down there?

But Marlon and the family knew that if he said "oh, we've hired a make up artist and blah blah " - indicating that the coffin would be open - now THAT would ensure media attention, huh? Imagine being the first media outlet who manages to get a pic of a dead MJ. OMG!

It's disgusting, but the truth, i think.

I wonder what pathetic reasons they'll use from now on to keep themselves in the spotlight?

I've been thinking about what Marlon was quoted saying and I can't really come up for an answer as to why he would say those things. It made no sense when we first heard it and it surely makes no sense now.

I too would love to know why the Jacksons were that late. TMZ had the live stream in front of Hayvenhurst for a couple hours. The Phantoms arrived on time at 5pm. Joe ws out strutting in front of the camera and there was a glimpse of Paris and Jermaine already ready to go. I find it highly disrepectful to the ppl who were at FL waiting and on time.

Yes Anderson Cooper is full of it lol!

Okay so here is something else to think about! Give.in.to.me mentioned to me that they kept saying the guests will be giving their testimonial not sharing words but giving their testimonial? She also told me to google the word testimonial: this is what I get from wiki

Testimonial

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jump to: navigation, search

For the use of a term testimonial in sport (especially football) see testimonial match.
In promotion and of advertising, a testimonial or endorsement
consists of a written or spoken statement, sometimes from a person
figure, sometimes from a private citizen, extolling the virtue of some product. The term "testimonial" most commonly applies to the sales-pitches attributed to ordinary citizens, whereas "endorsement" usually applies to pitches by celebrities. See also Testify, Testimony, for historical context and etymology. Testimonials can be part of communal marketing.

[edit] Written testimonials in the history of advertising

Any one else finds the words promotion and advertising to make sense in the case of the burial and why it was use? Just a thought! Oh! and I agree why was Diana not there? she was named as the kids guardian so why not show her respects there?

IMO the Jackson have a reason for everyting they do or have done. I don't think any of it is random or by chance. That includes them sending out invotes stating 7pm prompt, but the actual service doesn't get under way until 8:30 or later.

It could very well be for the production. Who really knows with the Jacksons. Looking forward to the story they put out about the tardiness though.

I wonder why they keep using pictures of Michael from the late 80s. Right in front we see a photo of him in his "Moonwalker" outfit for "Come together"...and again the Michael behind the camera photo.
Coincidence or hint?

Change of colors:
Red flowers at the memorial, white flowers at the burial
Yellow ties at the memorial, red ties at the burial

Who is the lady in blonde sitting next to Liz?
