Oh my god, this was too funny...I can't stop laughing, wait, wait, let me catch my breath, I'm in pain from laughing so hard. I am truly amazed at the lengths some people will go, but I guess if this was all done for a laugh, well then it was worth it, because I laughed and laughed.

It's so preposterous, but I got a good laugh.
Sometimes it gets so intense that a laugh is needed.

Okay, back to normal. I finally stopped laughing.

I just want add one more thing about this, I don't think this thread has turned into MJHD, some of us find humor is the best way to deal with things. By that I mean laughing at the CONTENT not the POSTER. When I use humor in a thread it is not directed at a member, but at the content within the thread.

I would like to bring attention to this statement that I read in one of the e-mail links I believe. I am no CSI but I always heard that a marks and bruises on a dead body are post-mortem and apparently Michael was dead when he arrived at the hospital. If this is true it can mean 2 things.

1. That part of e-mail was totally fake;
or
2. LaToya may have actually said that in one of her public statements or interviews, however she would have been shooting herself in the foot because it is simply not possible.

Does anyone know if a body can mark after death?

MJ collected alot of eclectic people in his life, so we cannot discount any source, no matter how 'flaky' they appear to us, because regrettably, MJ's life was populated with those 'flakes'.

We will eventually will source 'da troot' no matter what where the road takes us. WE will find 'da troot'. We have a lot of very smart people on our team so it will be easy matter to determine if the 'falke' is a straw dog or not.

Jermaine bothers me, ALOT, he really does. I do NOT trust that guy.

I found the e-mails to be very disturbing. My number one rule when spotting a liar is in the details. Liars typically do not use specifics and/or details very much so whenever I read something that is filled with detail it sends my red flag up.

A couple of things that I thought of - What if some of this is real and this Nicole inserted some of her stuff IE: The lawyer responses?

I believe I read in more than one book about Michael that his spelling and grammer wasn't that great? I think Randy T. mentioned it and said it was because Michael didnt finish school? Not 100% sure I would have to go back and read it again.

The second thing was what if this Nicole person is not American? Meaning that English is not her first lanquage? That would account for her writings.

She did mention some specifics - sounds like she is in the security business and she mentioned people / celebrities she worked for?

She mentioned Michael super gluing his hand to the computer mouse? He went to the hospital for that. Just kind of a weird thing to make up if you are making up a bunch of pretend e-mails.

We all know that Jermaine is really a sleezeball - Having an affair with his own brothers wife, getting her pregnant and marrying her! He never even paid child support for any of his upteen children. She also references Michael supporting all of his brothers and them being angry that he didnt want to anymore. They all used Michael if you want my opinion - All of them expected Michael and Janet to support the entire family.

Just imagine for a minute if you were Michael or Janet and you were worth as much as they are - and you have 8 brothers that blew through all their money and expect you to support all of them, their wives and children. I guess maintaining the mortgage on the house isnt good enough, keeping all the utilities paid isnt good enough, putting food on the table isnt good enough - they also want spending money, seed money for more businesses ect. Greedy Lazy and Greedy.

I find it very suspect that JERMAINE was the one who ARRANGED the meeting between Tohme Tohme and Michael - He was behind the whole thing! I mean whats up with that???

Im not saying that any of what is written in this email / forum post is true - but Jermaine has just screamed "EVIL" to me from the very beginning.

I have just started reading through the many posts of this thread but I will stop here and say that I have noticed this trend as well. Many roads lead to Jermaine. I am not at this point suggesting murder but I have wondered why Jermaine has such a starring role in this hoax tale. Randy once served as MJ's manager so it would make more sense if he were responsible for the many introductions between MJ and various people.

How is it that Jermaine came to know a Tohme anyway? Jermaine, for all practical purposes, has been an unemployed wannabe entertainer who could not support himself or his families. Tohme is a shady businessman who runs with a wealthy and shady crowd. What use would Tohme have had for a small man such as Jermaine? Aside from the opportunity to get close to MJ, why would an ambitious man like Tohme have even given Jermaine the time of day?

Offtopic: Did anyone else notice within the TII credits that Tohme is listed as MJ's Personal Advisor. Why???

If I offended you I'm sorry. I wasn't making fun of you but the woman making these claims. I believe Jermaine is evil incarnate, but that's me. I think he would try to hurt Michael and I think his hatred of Michael started the day he was replaced as the lead of the Jackson 5. I believe they are all jealous of Michael, but Jermaine is the worst. I saw on a classic episode of Pop Up Video that during the filming of Torture from the Victory album, Michael didn't show up so they used a mannequin dressed up like him. The director said it was torture working with them because the poked at made fun of and whatever the Michael mannequin. Jermaine didn't show up either, but they didn't insult him at all, just Michael. Sorry for digressing so much. I do think Jermaine brought the bad people into Michael's life for a bad purpose. BUT I still think this insane woman used the same knowledge we have for her fan fiction/role playing scenarios.

Ok Guys, I agree with all of you that these emails are BS. One thing that stands out to me though is that Jermaine comes up. I don't remember where I saw it but it has been suggested before that Jermaine had a hand in the "death". Question is..was he behind an attempt in conjunction with TT? Or did MJ fake a death because he knew he was in danger. We know that he feared or, at the very least, was wary of TT. Is it possible that Jermaine had anything to do with this? I keep thinking of his "Word to the Badd" song. Even though MJ and Jermaine made up, is it possible that there still was bad blood between them? MJ didn't want to know much about his brothers in the last few years because they always wanted something from him, in fact needed him, so that they could resurrect their own careers. MJ did not want to perform with them and avoided contact because he did not like conflict. Additionally, I read in a few places that he was basically giving them all $$ and was tired of it.

Me as a ex-nurse I have seen many many dead bodies in my life. A dead body
changes his color shortly after death. Then those marks are shown. In that part of the body,
witch is the lowest to lie on the whole blood runs in. That part gets really fast in a violet or black color.
Thats often the whole dorsal site of the body or the side where this person is lying.
After a few hours you can push a dead body on witch site you want. There will be no new marks
shown because the blood has coagulated and can not move into other areas anymore.

i was thinking some more on this,and truly i came up with a couple questions first being if jermaine DID try to kill michael,dont u think michael would have said SOMETHING to katherine as if he was drunk,michael wouldnt want jermaine living in the house with his beloved mother OR around ANY of the children and second if he said something regarding jermaine YOU KNOW he would have mentioned this to katherine regarding grace,and katherine DEFINATLY would not have her back AROUND his children. just my opinion

I must agree with you. It goes back to the time that Michael left the Jacksons to pursue a solo career. Jermaine always disliked Michael from that time forward. Michael was a high roller. He bought Neverland, bought Beatle Catalogue and Jermaine saw RED. Jermaine has envied Michael since forever. Just look how he's been acting since Michael's supposed passing. I declare I just don't like looking at that guy. When the premiere of TII took place who was at the forefront? Jermaine, trying to get in the limelight. You know, if Michael is really dead, I think Jermaine is probably one suspect. They will not tell until the investigation is done.

You're right because after all Jermaine did introduce Michael to all of sinnister friends who tried to control Michael. I hope and that pray Michael was able to elude the dismise Jermaine and his cohorts had in store for him by faking his death. Jermaine will get his just reward. I mean honestly having an affair with his brother's nanny. He probably did it to get information from her about what Michael was up to in his life. Thank God Grace has loyalty to Michael. I strongly believe Michael outsmarted everybody. I hope he is safe wherever he maybe nowadays. Keep the Faith!
