Well, I'm a little late to this discussion..but better late than never!

IMO, the following are either actively in on it, know about it or suspect it:

Katherine & Joe
The kids
Janet - for sure (possibly Rebbie & LaToya)
One or more of his brothers (though I honeslty can't decide which one or even if all of them may be involved)
The nephews
Branca & McClain
Kenny Ortega
Liz
Mac
Chris Tucker - very possible
Diana Ross (there is simply no other explanation for her behavior)
Conrad Murray (I just don't think he's the fall guy. He's been in on this from the beginning and has played a crucial part)
Alvarez (absolutely, w/o a doubt)
Harvey Levin (I place him squarely in the "suspects" category and I do believe he's being fed info by the family)
LK (again, I think he suspects something is amok, but doesn't know for sure)
Possibly one or two of the dancers

I firmly believe the LAPD is in on whatever is taking place. It really only takes one or two higher ups to make something like this work. The whole department wouldn't have to "know"; merely suspecting that things are being handled 'strange' isn't proof of anything. Further, how quickly do you think someone could be shut down from asking too many questions if they felt their job was on the line? How many of us would continue to question our boss once we've been told something is none of our concern?
