I saw this thread on MJHD and thought it was cool so I am stealing it lol.

Ok so I thought it might be fun to get to "know" each other better by listing some random facts about ourselves so I will get the ball rolling.

I am 23 and from the UK and live in a city called Leeds which is about 300 miles from London.

I still live at home with my Mama and have 2 goldfish lol.

My favourite food in the whole world is Chinese and could quite easily eat it everyday for the rest of my life.

I am massively afraid of spiders Sad

I am always trying to quit smoking but never quite get there.

I am a sagittarius.

I am addicted to coca-cola and chocolate bars and have to have one of each at least once a day.

My favourite movie is "The Notebook".

When drinking alcohol I only drink vodka or southern comfort.

Maury Povich is my secret guilty pleasure!

I randomly burst out in song and dance Very Happy

I HATE coffee but love the smell.

My favourite tv show is "Six Feet Under" and I cried for like a week after it finished. I still think the ending to that show is the best ending to a tv show.

I think "Invincible" is the best Michael album ever and can't understand how people can say it bombed or is rubbish?!

I love snowy / stormy / cold days and hate, hate, hate the heat!

Cool thread, Rachel!

I am 24, from the US, and I'm married.

I have a cat, and if it were up to my husband we'd also have a dog.

I'm addicted to hot tea, can't start my morning without it.

I also hate spiders (seems to be popular on this thread, lol), and I tend to make a HUGE OBNOXIOUS scene when I see one. It's ridiculous, really..lol

I love Italian food.

I have a horrible habit of smoking when I drink...can't help it.

My favorite place in the world is the beach...I go as often as humanly possible!

I think people are fascinating and I love to hear their thoughts and opinions, especially on things they feel strongly about.

I grew up listening to Michael Jackson, the HIStory CD was my fave and I literally played it until it wouldn't play anymore.

I love animals, if it were up to me I'd spend all my time volunteering at the local Humane Society.

Sometimes I am totally random.

I've become slightly addicted/fascinated with this site!

I stress out when my DVR starts to get full.

I am short. Therefore I wear heels 99% of the time.

I'm kind of a clean freak and can usually be found with hand sanitizer and/or clorox disinfecting wipes close by.

yeah...that pretty much sums it up! lol

I grow my own vegetables to feed my guinea pigs and I'm very proud of it
I have a rottweiler that goes to work with me everyday and never slept a night away from him
I have so many plants & animals in my house that my family calls it "MiniNeverland"
I love Dr. House
I enjoy watching CSI / Law & Order / ER type shows (all of them, I'm addicted)
I work too much and I often dream of taking a year off
I have trouble sleeping and I'm chronically late for work (good thing I'm the
boss, or I'd be soooo fired)
I'm extremely sensitive & intuitive

Yep, my house for me is my safe haven away from the real world & because of my love
for animals and plants many parts of it seem like a mini jungle and / or zoo. When

Gosh I hate putting myself in a nutshell BUUUUT here it goes -

My name is Andrea and I live in Virginia.

I have a very big giant interest, fascination, obsession whatever you wanna call it (going on 9 years now!), with Jeffrey Dahmer (yes, the serial killer) BUT, don't think I'm some sick weirdo! I just have a huge fascination with serial killers in general, and the criminal mind.

I love true crime and I am addicted to anything pertaining to it.

I love Horror films and I collect them as if it were my job. I have over 300 and counting!

I love 70s and 80s music and I simply cannot get enough of it. I honestly wish I was this age back then!

I aspire to be a mortician or a criminologist some day, though I don't know which career move to actually make!

I'm a homebody. I'm shy, introverted, and a huge recluse sometimes. I like the occassional outing, but seem to find myself happier when I'm at home and in my 'safety zone' I guess you could say.

My favourite film of all time is Psycho (1960). In very close second is The Nightmare Before Christmas. I think Tim Burton is an absolute genius.

I have a TERRRRRRRIBLE crush on Richard Marx.

I enjoy the darker side of life. Anything macabre, creepy, spooky, etc interests me.

I love Halloween, always have since I was a little girl.

I'm a Sagittarius.

I have three dogs. Btw, I love animals all-around, and I prefer animals to humans sometimes (lol).

I am extremely captivated by England and would love to visit there, however my fear of planes kind of prohibits me from doing so.

Speaking of which, I have a terrible fear of flying on a plane, being lost at sea, being lost in space, vomit, large crowds of people, lizards, and any type of bugs really.

I have many OCDS. And I am blessed with Synaesthesia, if you don't know what that is I suggest you google it. It really just came to light to me a few years ago. I always knew I had some sort of issue when it came to sounds and colours but now I know what those issues are - and they aren't really issues at all!

I honestly have no set religion, but I do believe in a higher power.

Over-all, I'm pretty quaint and 'morbid' as some would say.

Sound and grapheme colour synaesthesia, as well as word personification! However, the sound colour synaesthesia is much more dominant - I put colours to almost everything I hear.

I live in Houston, TX and voted for our current president
I prefer cold to hot weather (which makes being from and living in TX kinda strange)
I have high A/C bills in the summer and very low heating bills in the winter, lol
I am addicted to regular coke even though its way fattening and not at all good for me
I love wine (about as much as I love coke) & margaritas made w/ Petron

I turned 30 this year and it pains me so much to even type it lol
I live in sunny Los Angeles, CA
I am a shy person I don't do well in huge crowds lol
I am not easy to open up to anyone but when I do there is no shutting me up! lol
I am single and loving it! The only children in my life are my niece and nephew (10 and 4 years old) and who are just as obsessed about Michael as I am! lol

I want to start my master's degree but not sure if I should do Forensic Psychology (so I share a fascination with MissDahmer) [BTW have you read up on Elizabeth Bathory?] I have a huge fascination with how the human mind works and people's behavior. What makes us who we are in life! or should I just do it in Writing and Literature.

I don't believe in judging anyone; but Im not perfect either, so from time to time it might happen. And if it does I am SORRY!

I remember Michael from the Off the Wall days so that makes me old...Dancing in the school discos etc.

I live in Australia but was born in New Zealand and brought up in England so I actually think of myself as English.

I have two kids, both girls and I am not working at the moment (can't you just tell by the amount of time I am on the site?) but I have done a degree, then 4 more years to qualify as an accountant only to give it all up to have kids....bit of a waste I know.

I am hoping to do a MSc but no money to fund it at the moment.

Love curries in any shape or size. Love my computer. Love solving pointless puzzles...guess that is why I am here. Love being happy and making others happy too.

Would love a cat but the council fine you if they stray outside so am stuck with stupid fish at the moment.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Sharon and I am a divorced mother of two teenage daughters 17/13 yrs. I have been very happy in my singleness for the past 10 yrs now

I love high fashion. I don't like fake!

I love to read books that help me grow into a better person- spiritual books mostly and magazines. I know I have practically every Tribute magazine that has been published since MJ's death.

I love all music but old school is my favorite from the 70/80's

I love to workout daily! I strength train so I am musular/athletic

I am a great cook!

I am the best mom in the world so my girls have told me! That makes me feel good inside because I must all done something right all those years.

I lived in Europe and travel extensively there and in the Pacific. I recently retired from the United States Air Force. I feel liberated to be free of the political regime!

Lastly, I have always loved Michael Jackson. I grew up with him. I had a crush on him when he first started out. I never believer MJ died that day in June. I know in my heart that he's still alive! This is just a small introduction of myself. Thanks for the opportunity. Keep the Faith!

hi!

i live in a small but rapidly growing town right next to fort hood in texas (my dad is retired army). i don't like the town so much, but i love fort hood!

i'm 25 and have been married for a little over 2 years, and we've been together for about 6; i consider my hubby to be my best friend

i'm a homemaker

i can be extremely shy in person when meeting new people; i've been self-diagnosed with social anxiety

when i make friends, i keep them for life

i believe in God

i have 2 guinea pigs; one named bino, the other named brownie; love animals!

i love to draw and make things

i don't have cable, so other than the office, desperate housewives, 48 hours and others, i have a guilty pleasure of watching trashy shows like the bachelor, more to love, maury povich, etc. when i go to my parents' house, i like to watch the new detectives, forensic files and similar shows

i've lived in 3 states, including texas; washington and california have been the best! texas, not so much...

i like to travel and hope to do it more often one of these days

i like watching scary movies, comedies, drama, action, war and documentaries on interesting people

i love to read

i love chocolate and soda

i love to laugh and am usually the one still laughing about it days later

i'm interested in the field of psychology and it's what i got my degree in; i was gonna study forensic psychology but changed my mind

I have many OCDS. And I am blessed with Synaesthesia, if you don't know what that is I suggest you google it. It really just came to light to me a few years ago. I always knew I had some sort of issue when it came to sounds and colours but now I know what those issues are - and they aren't really issues at all!

I honestly have no set religion, but I do believe in a higher power.

Over-all, I'm pretty quaint and 'morbid' as some would say.

. i'm a student in the 2nd year....i study foreign languages ...English - Spanish...was in an Intensive French class throughout high-school....but i'm not very good with the talking french...i read,translate and do all of the 'technical' parts pretty well (i always got 9s and 10s) but i pretty much stink at talking it lol . lol!

that's why i decided to go 4 spanish .
i don't smoke , though i can't say i drink...i like beer...lol lol!

i actually got to like Michael thanks to Justin. as a kid, at about 10 i started getting obsessed with the man (Justin) and he'd always say how much he loved and admired Michael and how he influenced him . when i was 7, he came (Michael) for the second time to my country , and i remember watching the tv with my dad and seeing all this craziness his simple sight caused among people and that's what first stuck with me about him. i didn't really KNOW who Michael Jackson was ( as in , at that age, i never really listened to his music) . so when hearing Justin talking about him , i knew about Michael , but i started watching Michael on tv and i was like...oh that's why he loves him so much ...lol .
since then , like the year 2000 , i have always liked and admired Michael...but the first time that i can actually say that made me like him so much more , was the 2005 trial Neutral

...that touched me so deeply and i started liking him so much more...don't know why , i wasn't really a fan , but i remember crying seeing him in handcuffs Sad

- I am currently in Law School and I'm loving every minute of it. I have a degree in Computer Animation but I have always wanted to be a Lawyer so I ditched the Animation for Law (Many people can't understand it lol).
- I've been a lifelong Michael Jackson fan and nothing has ever or will ever turn me away from him. My parents introduced me to Michael Jackson from before I can even remember and I have grown up listening to his music even though many others around me have forgotten about him. I think it's impossible to forget MJ and you can't be a true fan if you could forget someone so easily. I love you

- I absolutely love love love music - I'm a big fan of the classics - I cannot stand the stuff which comes out now because it's not music, it's just noise.
- I love horror movies - but the one thing which really throws me is the scene in Wolf Creek where the guy does that 'head-on-a-stick' thing which makes me feel sick, I can't stand the sound of spines snapping so that's the one movie I won't watch.
Aside from that I love most movies which catch my attention, although I'm not much of a 'Notebook' style sickly sweet romance movie fan unless it's a really good movie. I love cars and explosions lol so as long as a movie has that then I'm good.

- I'm an Aquarius, although I'm not into astrology but I do think that Aquarian traits fit me to a tee.
-I don't smoke or drink.
- I love reading, mostly fiction, thrillers, classics and contemporary etc. My favourite novel is The Count of Monte Cristo. Jane Austen is one of my favourite authors.
- Favourite tv shows? Supernatural, Eleventh Hour, Bones, Top Gear. I'm not a soap fan.
