Um, does he actually tell the girl to kiss him?

One of the comments to this vid on YT says to listen at 0:26-0:28 - he asks "you love me?", she replies "yes", to which he says at 0:29 - "then kiss me".

Anyone else see/hear this? He definitely says something @ 0:29. Or maybe I'm just hearing it now that the thought has been planted in my head lol.
