Thanks very much for the link. Didn't read all about this ring yet. It makes the link/site I used even weirder, because it also had a message involving 'Ovaltine'. However, it was an example text, used on that website, so I doubt it had anything to do with the hoax. On second thought....lol

I'm losin' my mind or perhaps I've already lost it during all of this. Wink

Seems like nothing's for sure anymore.

I don't think it's a binary code people. I said that in my first post - JCC was a word games person - I don't think he'd switch to advanced maths/coding for fun IMO.

When I put this code as a question in yahoo answers (explained in the JCC who's good with maths post) I got this as one of my replies in the word games section 'Its Shift + \ = | over and over again with the occasional \ in it...' does this make any sense to anyone? it doesn't to me!! this code has been bugging me for ages now! grrrr.

don't know what the code is, but I'm sure that I've seen something like it in a sherlock homes book

Will update when i get more! you never know someone might crack it! I just thought I'd ask unbiased people because we would all be looking for something in particular whereas others wouldn't be so it would be interesting if someone really knows what this means. Was MJ a Sherlock Holmes fan?!

I thought about the code again since I don't know that much about the anagrams yet. If you use the binary system you get: 1111111 011100111100111

I tried to decimalise it but the space after the first 7 figures confuses me. Does this have a meaning? If it does it changes the whole result of the decimalisation. You know, I thought about this code being georgraphical coordinates.
