If Michael is Really Gone...

Hello Everyone,

I hope as much as everyone else that Michael Jackson is alive and well just now...
I'm not sure what to believe from the news, I'm in the hope that something will happen around Hallowe'en but if not then I may have to give up hope Sad

However if he really is gone, what would convince you of this?

Hello Jubilee,

Well, I also wish that he that something will happen letting us KNOW he is alive for sure but......

What would convince me is , a doctor confirming in deed that they did work on the body and that he did pass away. I have not seen any official auhtorites annouce this at all. Just doesn't seem right.
Something is a miss for sure.
And to see a close up of MJ in the casket. That's the only thing I can really say would confirm he is definitely gone.

I feel in my heart that Michael is still with us so at the moment I am going on my feelings. However, I have been thinking a lot recently as to what I would accept as "evidence" Michael is really gone and the scary part is I can't think of anything. I mean photos can be photoshopped nowadays and people lie all the time and it doesn't take much to buy off a shady doctor or two.

Maybe if The Jackson's would come out and answer some questions straight up I would believe it. However I said in another thread I will give it two years and then start to believe he is really gone. I don't think we will see Michael any sooner because what is the point of faking your death to come back a few months later?

Hmmmm.....I agree with you guys. But the only thing that would convince me is to SEE his body in person and touch it. I know thats gross but like Rach said..things can be photoshopped.

And now that they are "burying" him in a tomb unaccessable to the public? WTF?
Too many weird things. He's a frail od man yet the ambulance photo shows otherwise....

I know reason I was really asking this is because I'm keeping the faith just now but if I can't believe the media then what do I believe... and if he is really gone I don't know myself how I'm supposed to believe it it's all very confusing and mixed up at the moment.
I'm also suprised that no major form of media isn't showing suspicion already I think it would be good if a trusted personality could interview people involved, not in a disrespectful way (if our MJ is really gone) but just for fans like us to get some closure...

I will begin to believe that Michael is gone when there is no more news about him i.e. no more speculations, no more breaking stories and no additional clues. If/when dates pass that do not produce Michael's "signs/clues" then I will re-evaluate my belief that he has hoaxed us.

Until then, I will wait nervously for his birthday, Halloween, New Year's, April Fool's Day and yes even on June 25th 2010.

99.9 percent of us knew michael through the media... it simply was the only source we ever learned that he existed. and now as he died we don't want to accept it ? that's more than strange I'm afraid.

I agree with you except that I do not see any clues in anything ... Clues are only there if you want them to be there.

But after the movie has won its Grammy next year and maybe an oscar or two and everything will be quieter and people will celebrate the first "anniversary" of his death I think most people will leave the hoax theory alone

I am not putting a time limit on when to give up hope. Because...we don't know WHY he has hoaxed his death. If in fact he is in hiding because there were people out to murder him (for instance), and he is being protected until the investigation is completed and arrests are made, we don't know how long that could take...maybe a very long time. What I do know, though, is that there have been WAY too many clues and contradicting information (with the media and his family) pointing to Michael being alive. There have been alot of great theories on here...maybe one of them has been right...maybe not. When the truth comes out, we could all be totally blind-sided and think...WOW...I would of never guessed that is why he hoaxed his death??? As hard as it is, we just need to be patient...it has only been 2 months. I know it is very hard. Trust me...I am about the most impatient person there is.

Just listen to me...Michael knows that we are worried, hurting, sad, and that we just want to know that he is OK...he KNOWS this. Michael loves us and would never let his favorite fans (us ~ lol) suffer any longer than absolutely necessary...not even by 1 day. When the time is right, he will let us know. We just have to stick together and be a good support system for each other. We all have up and down days...but we have each other on this great forum to get each other through the bad days. Remember...we need to trust Michael. Close your eyes and feel your heart...go with that and you won't have any doubts. I love you

Im already haveing a very hard time, and im really sick. Not knowing where Michael is, or if his safe or not, is taring me apart. I dont even dare to think, how sick I will become if he is gone Sad

If they had let us see him in the casket, I would have believed it, but they didnt. NOTHING ADDS UP. NOTHING.

If he really is gone, I dont believe in GOD anymore, God would not take an angel away from us. Heaven is already full of angels.
God dont need another angel yet, we do here on earth.

Michael has so much more to do for himself in this life. I wish and pray for him to get the chance to do it. I have to believe he is alive, otherwise im gonna fall comepletely apart. Im not ready to let Michael go yet, I wont ever be ready for that.

I absolutely agree GITM. I will never believe that he died on June 25, 2009. Perhaps we will all have to come to terms with his never returning, but that is a far cry from "dead".

so who of you / us who know MJ from the media or SHOWS (!) only can really be SURE that he ever existed in the way we think ?

I just state that because with his death it's exactly the same thing

you believe the media one time (when it comforts you)
and you don't believe the media when the consequence would be that you are hurt...

I knew MJ from MTV in the first place. They told me that he existed and now they tell me he is dead. WHy shouldn't I trust it ?

Only my statement to answer the question:

For me he is dead until proven otherwise because a dozen of people who should know and knew him PERSONYLLY stated that.

Silence: I get the fact that you are skeptical of this whole hoax and I respect that you have a right to be here even though you are (though, honestly, if you think we're all cracks I can't fathom why you would want to be geek

). However, I would like to point out that some of us have shared a fair amount of skepticism on this forum, and I, for one, have never looked for clues in order to back up the hoax theory. I have simply watched as this investigation (I use that term very loosely) has been made into a circus freak show and drawn my own conclusions. Nothing has been cut and dried. Nothing. It is highly unlikely that every single thing we have seen transpire since June 25 is merely coincidence. In another thread, you listed all of the things that we as a group have been unable to come to agreement on, and by doing so suggested that we were no better in our analysis/investigations than the media et al. I respectfully disagree; the media has simply been relaying, er, 'reporting' the events as they happened (or as they supposedly happened).

They haven't asked why the ambulance picture was so strange
They haven't asked why there is only ONE picture of the entire event
They haven't asked why no doctor, nurse, janitor, ANYONE related to the hospital hasn't come forward to make a statement
They haven't asked why a man reportedly dancing his heart out the night before suddenly died of cardiac arrest
They haven't asked why everyone has a different story of that day
They haven't asked why a man literally hounded by the media all his waking days was essentially able to procure vast amounts of controlled substances with no one the wiser
They haven't asked why Michael would seek out propofol to sleep given that it provides no rest whatsoever
They haven't anyone in the medical community how a person feels after waking for anesthesia and how that would affect a persons ability to function the next day (trust me, I've had major surgery and been put under for significant periods of time - which is reportedly what MJ did - and you feel like warmed up dog shit when you wake up)
They haven't asked why his face was ok for the private viewing and funeral but too damaged for a public viewing and mourning

I could go on and on and on. I am not looking for clues, I am seeing half-truths, whole lies and innuendos. I am not looking for clues. I am looking for ANSWERS. It seems the mainstream media has forgotten their primary function is to report and investigate the news, not simply spew tabloid trash to sell airtime or newspapers.

Do you know the first real clue? The first clue that unequivocably proves to me that MJ is alive? The first real clue that I wasn't looking for, but was slammed right into my face? Conrad Murray and his youtube message. There is simply no doubt in my mind that Michael Jackson was relaying a message to his fans, to those of us who refuse to accept the status quo simply because we're called crazy if we don't.

When has the media ever been positive about Michael Jackson? I think never and don't believe half of what the media reports anymore anyhow. Some of the hoax theories may be far-fetched. The theory of Michael hoaxing his death is not far-fetched. Not in the least.

Jpresley, that was exactly the point I'm making as well and you put it in much better words than me.... why haven't the media questioned the odd coincidences?? It may very well be safer to report that MJ died on 25th June but I'm suprised not one newspaper has shown a little suspicion.

I don't know if he's dead or not but other than that (and maybe not even that) nothing will convince me even if I saw a body I don't think I would believe it was him as there is just too much not right with this.

I wish there could be an investigation into the investigation!

A reputable journalist/reporter who could produce a documentary, ask questions and get answers about all the discrepancies in the stories and the whole thing really. Maybe something similar to the channel 4 doc recently.

I can't believe there is NO journalist/reporter out there with some pull who couldn't do this, but maybe it will come out later and now is too soon.

Why hasn't the media picked up the hoax story, yet? Not a single word about that. At least not over here.
