Breaking on sky news in the uk now from LA times

It is all over the news here in the US.

Ok ok were are the oficial document?

Ok someone help me...I need a reason to believe because my hopes were just shattered!

i don't see what point they're trying to prove with this story. someone with all those drugs coursing through their system can't perform and be in good spirits and health the day before they "died."

The reason why it is breaking news is because it is the start of the unsealing of the court documents.....its all over sky news here in the UK, also iv put up withing the last couple of mins the judge has ruled his death a HOMICIDE....take it how u will but it is really major news!!

This is a bit confusing to me. I thought they had showed that when the ambulance arrived, LIVIDITY had settled in, so he was dead for more than an hour. With the 10:40 admin of Propofol, this doesn't make chronological sense anymore....

that's a great point. in the beginning, i kept saying that if it's proved that he is indeed dead, then i think he was murdered. but even a homicide case is looking less likely and unrealistic, which leads me to think even more that he IS alive and he faked his death.

I will say this, if this is true then I hope Murray fries for what he has done. He started administering drugs at 1:30 a.m. and administered several different ones before finally administering propofol at 10:40 a.m. Something is very wrong with this man. Anyone knows that administering that many drugs in that amount of time is deadly!!!! Now I'm really pissed!!!!

I went to TMZ's page and they are reporting it as well. It looks like they may have had it first but I can't be sure.

Ok so if Murray administered this propofol at 10.40am then left the room for a few minutes to make phone calls, then on entering the room he found MJ not breathing, why then would it take till 12.21pm to phone paramedics....the timeline is all over the place, who would wait that long?? Its just been stated on sky news that murray had only left the room for a few minutes...... it gets weirder....but no one can get away from all the coincidences around this so called death, like what iv never seen or heard in my life....so take it all lighthearted, its far from the end in my opinion.

I have to admit, I really don't know what to think. I'm starting to feel like this can't be a hoax because it's becoming cruel. People on here are really hurting. MyBelovedMJ is crushed. I know all the facts are wrong and something is suspicious but Michael wouldn't do this to us??? Somebody help me feel ok about this please..........

@PinkLizard i totally agree, all i can say is it is the most confusing thing i have ever come across in my life....none of us have dreamt up the inconsistencies or the hoax stuff, its been right in front of us, so what else can it be but a hoax of sorts.....its become our lives, its not fair anymore, i totally agree with you. but when you decide to leave it alone, something else comes out to make us beleive its a hoax, i dont know what to think anymore im so confused, all i know is nothing is official not one bit of it!!

Note how most of the media reports emerging so far today are still claiming that Murray administered propofol to Michael and then left him unattended to make phone calls.

Well, the warrant itself says no such thing (at least the part I've finished reading). According to the document Airun linked to (and I quote directly):

After approximately 10 minutes, Murray stated he left Jackson's side to go to the restroom and relieve himself. Murray stated he was out of the room for about 2 minutes maximum. Upon his return, Murray noticed that Jackson was no longer breathing. Murray began single man cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at once.

So, which is it? Did Murray go make phone calls or did Murray go to the bathroom? Was he gone for an extended amount of time or was he gone for just a couple of minutes?

Hmmm... And the contradictions just keep on coming, even in official documents.

I STILL believe Michael is alive, despite today's depressing developments.

Tell me about it, annie. You'd think callers would not only have to identify themselves, but that their identity would then be scrutinized carefully before their information was deemed worthy of further investigation.

Absolutely NOTHING about this situation is making any sense to people who have common sense!

I hate to quote myself, but I love how TMZ updated its initial report with the affidavit excerpt I mentioned above shortly after I posted about it (I had the early version of TMZ's post open in a separate browser).

I'm not saying TMZ was alerted by me, but it's so funny how the haste to report/post/publish makes media folks overlook very key and very glaring discrepancies. Glad somebody caught it this once!

The Coroner's Dept. didn't release this they said they don't know where the media got this information from. My guess Michael passed it on!!

Funny that I didn't even blink an eye when all this was first reported this afternoon. It's just all part of it. Michael is alive, I feel it, I know it in my heart. When they get their facts straight, when they quit contradicting one another, when something finally makes SENSE, then and only then will I believe Michael may be truly gone.

Thanks Deb, I think Sky News got me in a little pickle! lol! A good nights sleep helped. Although waking up to Uri (grrrrr) Gellar on Radio 5L did NOT! Here's to an interesting day in this drama..............................!
