Well I just wanna know if any of you have this book in PDF or a link where I can read this book. Because i dont know when this book will be available in my country. Coz once time my friend give me the link where i can have another book about Michael and someone else also give me the link where I can read The Magic and The Madness.

I know that Rabbi might lies and try to make this story controversial for his own profit. But still its about Michael, in his own voice. And I would love to read, hear, see everything about Michael. So, hope someone here can help me with this.
