My random thoughts...

How were people hired to work for MJ? The thought really crossed my mind after June 25th when it was reported that the staff had been let go. I couldn't help but wonder how in the heck did they manage to get the job in the first place.

I suppose that some key employees i.e. manager, lawyer or accountant may have come by way of referrals from friends and business associates.

What about the others? It's not like a person could realistically expect to see a newspaper help wanted section or online job board announcing that Michael Jackson is looking for a gardener.

How did those lucky people get such a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to land a job working for him?
